This is a paid plugin that worked great at first but it stopped being updated and is no longer supported by Chrome. I would expect a paid plugin to at least be updated enough to keep working, especially given how young the plugin is. I'll update this review if/when the plugin is updated.

Instead of looking for quick money why not create something valuable first?

It's useless. It asks you for a license key in order to use it. I don't even know if it's what I need, and this is the first thing I see when I open it. Very bad UX.

Edit: Clearly the author has no intention of updating it. I think it should be reported and taken off the chrome store so that it doesn't catch unsuspecting new victims. Works for most part but desperately needs an update. Last updated on The tailwind version it uses is far behind the current version and hence a lot of new tailwind features don't work (like min-* and max-*). Since this was not a free plugin but a paid one, it cannot be allowed to fall this much behind the current versions. Will rate 5 stars if they update it.

Buggy! Most of the time it does not even start and sometimes breaks the layout.

Works less and less almost every day. No feedback from the team on updates, many bugs, not working on local files. For the price, I would have expected something reliable and maintained. Sad to see it's not the case. Sadly, go look at other solutions but do not pay for this anymore.

Bug + Update request Hey, this is a great toolkit for debugging tailwindcss issues. 8/10. Note to Developer: Can you please update this plugin to make it so that the text-wraps when shrinkng the dev tool panel? I'm working on a macbook air with limited screen space and the. text doesn't wrap, so I have to open the plugin full screen to see all the classes sometimes and go back and forth shrinking the panel and opening it again to check a box or change a value.

I'm currently migrating many sites over to Tailwind from other frameworks such as Boostrap and Foundation. CSS is my weak point. This extention is letting me quickly learn by association what I normally expect and the equivalent in Tailwind 3 and I believe it's already paid for itself in 2 days of use because it's saving me time. I would like to see the ability to move the menu buttons around so that I can interact with the stuff under the buttons. To get around this, I've added a margin to push down the navbar on my sites below the Windy overlay so that I can access the elements on the page. Annoying, but at least it's working for me. Would like to see video instructions on how to best use this as I'm still not getting everything I am needing when using the tool. Left ALT button on my keyboard doesn't work with Windy extension but the right ALT keyboard key does. Weird. My alt keys both work normally for other applications just fine.

ABANDONWARE - Requires a LICENSE, but clicking [BUY NOW] leads to a DEAD domain. Either way, total bait and switch BS.

When I tried to use this it asked me for License key and offered to purchase. Without doing so it's useless and does not function.

This is the missing link between the JIT mode and tinkering in the browser! 6 Stars!

would love to see react and tailwindcss v3, tedious changing each style attribute.

It's really just so amazingly helpful, especially now that Tailwind CSS is JIT'ing everything. 6 Stars!

As per website, they say, click on body tag and copy it. I found that impossible, it copies only tag visible on page, physically, like div, nav etc.. Absolutely useless and looking to ask for refund.

Awesome tool. Unfortunately sometimgs copying the styles of an elements doesn't succeed and hangs/loads forever ...

Does this thing ever get updated ?

It's great for getting ideas but the code you copy still needs work. I'd love if it automatically removed some tags within the HTML tags. Example the data-v-050a1a12="" Vue tags.

Even if it's still in development, it works quite good! Definitely worth a try.

Early beta, does not work on most websites

Very early beta right now. Works on some pages but very simple ones and prepared for Tailwind CSS. Hope they will fix the bugs but for now not worth the money spent.
