*Incredibly unreliable*. Fohlio started strong and has taken a significant nose dive. As the structure has gotten more complex, and as they've added functionality, they are no longer "cleaning up" the background coding, so the user experience is rife with incredibly frustrating quirks. Over the past year, my clients have repeatedly lost all access to the sourced materials and products that I've shared with them; one day having access and then the next day, nothing. I inevitably get a call/text from a client every month or two saying "Where did everything go?! I'm trying to order and there's nothing in my folders!" To make matters worse, when I reach out to customer support chat, the help is super scattered - either being highly dismissive or saying there would be help after they investigate and then nothing for weeks, unless I follow up. In addition, the "solve" has always been, "OK, well, go through and re-add everything that's now missing from the folders." I don't have time for that and of course, if your client loses access to something they've had for a year, and then it disappears, it's extremely difficult to find said item again, and re-add. No one is paying me for that lost time or the embarrassing, recurring issues that make it seem like my business doesn't have it's ducks in a row. Yikes. Unreliable, at best, and WAAAAAY too expensive for what I use it for. It's over $120/mo for what amounts to a categorized web clipper with sharing capabilities. I'm researching several other options and will bail as soon as I find an option, as none of my inquiries have been addressed. There has also never been a discount offered for the continued flubs.

Webclipper is incredibly useful tool, would not use Fohlio without it, it still has some minor bits to work out, but generally makes Fohlio super functional for product input and easy selection!

When it works properly it is Aaamazing! I have had many challenges with it linking the wrong item or not working on some of the sites I use regularly but when it works, it is a huge time saver and makes things go faster, smoother, better. If they could just work out the bugs it would be a 5 star review.

I love it!!! It's an amazing time saving tool. A must have tool for designers, or anyone dealing with data for that matter: specially if they are dealing with visuals. I have been using Fohlio and the clipper for 5 years and I tell everybody about it! Not only is it a great tool, the support team is outstanding. Great product, great service!

Fohlio is THE tool I was looking for! So easy to use, it's a real time saver when it comes to spec management plus they have a Revit integration!! Can't ask for more really =)

Great Tool and Application!

Fohlio has totally changed my attitude towards the mundane aspects of designing. Not only can I create really professional mood boards, I can present to my clients professional looking tear sheets, PDF tables in various styles plus a downloadable Excel spreadsheet. No more copy and paste! Kudos too to the online response team. Well worth the money!

This software is an incredible tool in organizing specifications and having a handle on multiple projects. Specifications export into beautiful reports that make me really proud. The customer service team is responsive and really has my back, which is really important to me. Fohlio is reliable, items don't go missing, sometimes I'm afraid of the "industry-standard- pre-presentation- inevitable glitch" that happens with other software and has had me leaning on excel spreadsheets. Fohlio is truly value add to my work. I look forward to Fohlio being mobile friendly! It would help so much!

Great program! The Fohlio Web Clipper is a great tool to make capturing your specification data super easy & fast directly from the web. No saving out photos or copying & pasting from one doc tot he other. The Fohlio platform makes tracking schedules, pricing, & even ideas nice, organized & easy. The PDF shareable documents look professional & well organized as well. Our clients & contractors appreciate our work even more with the help of Fohlio. To top it off, the Fohlio team's customer service is incredible.
