I'm using this extension for a quite study session, so whenever I'm watching the lectures, my study music playing in Youtube music in another tabs stops playing and whenever I pause the lectures to write notes or something else the Youtube music resumes, this way I end up hearing zero noise from my surrounding, this system is working well when I'm pausing the lecture after a short intervals, but when I'm pausing the lecture after a long interval, for some reason the Youtube music is not playing back, I would have to go back to the Youtube music tab, and then without manually resuming the music, it automatically plays, this is just the small bug which I experienced, and this is the only reason for my 3 star review otherwise it would definitely have been a 5 star review. Anyways a great job with this extension guys.

I use this for Soundcloud and WhatsApp Web. It works perfectly when I listen to a voice message on WhatsApp, it automatically mutes the SoundCloud tab after the voice message is complete, it unmutes the SoundCloud automatically

Love it! It works well,and works seamlessly very nice would recommend,to those who just mute their tabs throgh right clicking on it,this might be a slightly faster way to mute them :)

I find the Smart Mute extension to be exceptionally well-designed, and its core functionality regarding audio management across multiple browser tabs is truly impressive. The ease of use and the overall effectiveness of the extension have significantly improved my browsing experience, making it a valuable tool for managing audio in a multi-tab environment.

I've enjoyed this extension so far. With the new update, however, there have been bugs with the new beta "remember last tab" feature. I have it off but it keeps trying to play the audio from my last tab. So whenever I pause youtube a twitch tab audio will begin playing even with the "remember last tab" feature turned off. Otherwise it's a great extension!

Очень хорошая идея! Пробовал на Youtube. У меня например обычно открыто 5-6 трансляций одновременно. Раздражает то, что при нажатии на иконку переключения, всплывает всё окно полностью. Надо добавить кнопку минимизации. Нажал и порядок. СпасиБ! Very good idea! I tried it on Youtube. For example, I usually have 5-6 broadcasts open at the same time.
