literally the Best extension for youtube audio only it is fast and work just by a click no need to reload the page also i found the option to turn on the thumbnail which helps to save data and also keep the aesthetic wallpaper when listening to long playlists or ambiance music

I don't think it saves data. Pretty sure a black screen just gets slapped over a video while the video still loads.
