Crucible Wallet is built by Crucible Labs and offers two modes of staking: • Smart Allocation: Let Crucible automatically stake your TAO rewards to leading subnets via a secure proxy or customize your subnets. • Manual Staking: Retain full control and stake on your terms.

We never access your coldkey or control your funds. When you opt into Smart Allocation, we generate a proxy wallet that is permissioned to stake your rewards only—never your original balance.

We do not have access to your coldkey or have the ability to transfer tokens when a proxy key is created for your wallet. We only have the option to stake. The Smart allocator utilizes the proxy to make staking calls with your rewards on behalf of your coldkey.
