Well I would say this. Right now I get that this is a startup and there's a lot of growth territory, but I wouldn't pay money for this. I would jus set my youtube lecture speed myself and go on with that. What would make me pay for this kinda service is if you add some kind of video summaries in notes for example using the auto-generated subtitles and llm for summary, and allow me to directly ask questions about the video content in the notes. That would be really helpful. For now, it’s more of a novelty (sth. that I'm gonna play with a couple times and forget), than an indispensable tool in my daily workflow.
Seriously, YouTube doesn't show them any love...
Not working without autorization. After have only 1 hour free.
idk why it's not working for a past few days. ig i have the updated version
even on v 6.1.1 its not working for me, it was a good run using it.
It was good when it was working. I'd been using it for over a year. In the past few days, it has stopped working. The Saima icon no longer appears in the control bar of YouTube videos.
Wish they could get it working well, but they've tried to stuff too many features in to upsell you. It could just be a simple extension but they've massively overscoped and reliability suffers because of it. There are also keybinds to increase or decrease your word count with A and D, but there seems to be no way to change them. So if you type you end up changing your WPM speed without realizing it. Can't find a way to turn this off.
I am a junior designer. Saima helped me a lot in learning design. I used to study on YouTube and Coursera, and fortunately, Saima works on both platforms. I continue to learn while working as a UI/UX designer, and I can honestly say that Saima has contributed greatly to my career.
As a graphic designer and tutor, I love Saima's adaptive video speed tool. It helps me learn design concepts faster and lets my students watch videos at their own pace on YouTube and Coursera. It's super easy to use with just one click. Our sessions are now more fun and efficient. Highly recommend Saima for anyone learning from videos!
Volvió a fallar, la arreglan por unos días pero vuelve a fallar y ya lleva meses funcionando remal en el navegador Arc, que tristeza por que enserio si es una buena extensión.
I’m a designer with tons of experience, and I gotta say, Saima is a total lifesaver for me and my team. I’ve been using it from the start. The recent updates are especially awesome, and it’s evolving so quickly. Every day, I watch videos and use Saima to send the exact timecodes and comments to my team. Honestly, we consider Saima a part of our team.
does not work most of the time
