D3fenders Wallet is a multi-chain, self-custody browser wallet with optional vault-based 2FA transaction protection designed to reduce the risk of unauthorized asset movement.
Unlike traditional wallets that rely solely on a seed phrase, D3fenders allows users to optionally protect selected assets and transactions with an additional authentication factor while retaining full control of their private keys.

D3fenders includes an optional vault system that adds a second layer of protection for selected assets and actions.
Vault-protected features include: • Locking tokens and NFTs into a vault contract • Unlocking assets with a one-time password (2FA) • Safe Send workflows for protected transfers • Emergency migration flows with additional safeguards
Vault-protected transactions require both a wallet signature and a 2FA verification step. Standard wallet actions such as viewing balances, regular sends, and swaps do not require 2FA.
This design adds friction to high-risk actions while maintaining usability for everyday transactions.
