Been using X Unfollower for a while , works perfectly. The filters are smart, unfollowing inactive or non-follow-back accounts easily. I got the paid version and it runs smoothly. Definitely worth it if you want a clean, real follower list.

色々な機能は問題ないです、ただ未フォロワーを検知するのは良いですが。 その中に「注意: このアカウントは一時的に制限されています」になってるフォロワーが検知されるのは誤ってフォロワー解除する可能性が高い。 ※「注意: このアカウントは一時的に制限されています」は制限されたアカウントは一時的に表示上でフォロワーが0人になるだけで数時間後に復旧されます。 この問題があることは大きいので評価★３ですね

Works after you figure out that you have to set a hotkey for it and it never tells you that. It also confuses accounts and calls them old. For instance, it says the X account hasn't been used for years which is obviously not true. You also have to pay to upgrade it if you want to do than 13 unfollows.

Took a few runs, but successfully unfollowed everyone as part of my process to mothball my account. Thanks!
