You can loop two different ways, Static and Incremental.
Static: Repeat a loop as many times as you want, at one input speed. Great for nailing down consistency.
Incremental: Start your loop at one speed. Once the loop repeats a certain amount of times, either increase or decrease the speed by the amount you'd like until you reach a goal speed. If you're trying to learn something that is currently too fast for you, this is a great way to start slow and gradually build up your ability. An example of this being used: Start at 75% speed. Once this loop repeats 3 times, increase the speed by 1% until you reach 100%.
