the section where you select the website to use it on has youtube, but the slider is locked to off and can't change it to auto skip ads on there.

It actually works and I thought it would steal data but its like UBO but better, Like if UBO and Operas AdBlock had a child.

YouTube is detecting it when I use it on Edge browser. Was working fine for a while.

The fast-forward is working on Youtube, but it's not auto-clicking the "skip button." Still useful.

Doesn't work (anymore)

Works flawlessly. There's only one minor problem, some ads after getting skipped instantly shows a screen with the brand logo and learn more button which stays for about 5 seconds. It would be good if that thing also get skipped instantly

As of 12/19/2024 works perfectly fine. Instantaneously fast forwards to the skip button prompt or just outright skips the entire ad. But even more than that, youtube doesn't stop me from watching videos due to having an adblocker, now.

Ad Skipper effectively stops YouTube Ads from playing and automatically skips it for you. Pros: It Works. Cons: From my personal experience, Ad Skipper would pause the ad from playing...but causes a noticeably slight hesitation before the actual YouTube video content begins playing. Not a deal breaker. Conclusion: I'm gonna buy this developer some coffee. I highly recommend Ad Skipper!

Works great, my only complaint would be the that sometimes it has a countdown with a progress bar at the top left side of the video. The skip ad button is there but I have to manually press it sometimes. Or wait for the countdown to end.

Just started using it seems to be ok so far Youtube is getting on my last nerve, but this seems good for now

Can you add an automatic full screen option. After the auto refresh it pulls the video out of fullscreen. That would be seamless. Works great though, youtube is making it harder.

Looks like Youtube is ahead in the cat-and-mouse game. Tonight I get an endless loop of reloading "You are running an ad blocker" screens. I am sure this will be fixed soon. Update: This has been fixed and is working fine now.

hey man nice work but i noticed a bug while running it in opera, When i am playing a youtube playlist, it keeps skipping the videos as ad appears. whenever ads appear it reloads as intended but it moves to next video which also does not run and skips to the next video.

"Hide stupid shorts" option is what i needed. THANK YOU!!!!!

i love this ad skipper, it automatically skip the ads without removing the ads.

Extension is dusted now. YouTube found a way to just keep recycling the "keep ads" message pretending it's gonna block the ad but you're just stuck in an endless loop of infinite clicking until it skips by luck. On to the next solution... ;/

This extension completely screws up youtube videos. If embedded on other sites, videos have a black screen. And on youtube itself the audio plays before the video even starts and continues to play even after I pause a video.
