I am using this plugin several years. It is amazing plugin (and sub-plugin for groups). I couldn't find any plugins with similar functionality especially for saving/restoring groups tabs.

Really great app, and love the cloud backup feature. very consistent and just works without any hiccups. I just have one problem I would like solved. Please add tab group support for the brave browser. Right now that is the only issue I face on brave. Thank you.

Updated on its own and deleted every single bit of information. What’s the use if the extension decides on its own to delete your backups. Defeats its own purpose, completely useless.

Периодически пропадают ВСЕ сохранённые сессии! Полагаться на расширение никак нельзя и самое важное всегда сохранять/держать в закладках!!! Не знаю уж, связано это или нет (не отслеживал), но вот сегодня, после обновления расширения пропали все сессии. То есть, привычно кликаю на иконку, гля, а там только крайняя сессия, а от предыдущих и след простыл и наблюдается автоматически открытая вкладка, извещающая о том, что расширение обновлено...

Отличное расширение, есть автосохранение сессии каждые n-минут или при закрытии браузера. Ранее пользовался Session Buddy, но там автосейвы отключили разрабы или хром, хз.

Used for over 1 year, saved my grouped tabs after accidentally deleted by another extension, lucky to have this extension. Thanks to the developers.

It's a great extension that I use all the time. I just have a minor complaint: When you click on "Open in Current Window", it closes every other open window. I think it shouldn't close every other window. Other than that, it's really great.

Tab Session Manager keeps having trouble reopening pages, probably due to Cloudflare, but it's getting really annoying.

Extension resetted settings by itself and removed stored sessions ;( This was my research and history and now is gone.. I see it defaulted to save 10 sessions only and it did it without any warning..

I wish it would work with Edge...

That is what I needed to export tabs with groups from google chrome to microsoft edge browser. The only issue is that the tab groups are not named when you open them in microsoft edge, but that's not a problem as they are imported and grouped correctly!

I used this extension to save some important tabs a couple of weeks ago. When I tried to open them again today, they were all gone. Really disappointed. I expected it to keep my saved tabs safe.

Работает. Много настроек. Есть один баг, если в списке сохраненных сессий выделена самая верхняя последняя сессия, то поиск работает только по названиям сессий, а в названии вкладок не ищет. А если в списке сессий выделена не последняя, а любая другая сессия, то поиск работает нормально, и по названию сессий и по названию вкладок.

Не сохраняет вкладки, имя вкладки видно, описание тоже, но как будто зависло, не открывает страницу. Windows 10. Исправьте уже! А то дополнение бесполезно

I've been using Tab Session Manager for a couple of years. All the options you could want. It has worked perfectly.

Sync to Google Account doesn't really work. I've lost saved windows and tabs (once almost a month worth, recently a bit over a week worth and today I lost everything I saved the last four days) multiple times and yes, I know, I should just close my browser more often, but I rarely get to it, so an easy option would be to back it all up like you would when re-opening the browser, but manually without having to close the browser (or even better, automatically) I tried to make sure nothing like this would ever happen again after the first time (when I lost ALL my saved stuff, but my IT boyfriend could save it) but a lot of the times, when Brave has to update, it opens back up, and all the saved tabs from the last time I closed and re-opened the browser until then are GONE. I absolutely love this extension, but this is extremely frustrating and I sometimes lose important research (and yes, I've tried other ways, but nothing worked) If syncing worked great (and I wouldn't have to be afraid of accidentally overwriting everything if I connect smth wrong [I'm very paranoid about losing data 😅] or make some mistake, but that's probably just me xD), the extension would be almost perfect! And maybe an even better incorporation of the Tab Groups, it's amazing that u can save them, but I can't see the groups separated in the Session Manager 😅 And it would be great to be able to re-name not just the entire saved session, but also the different saved windows, that would help a lot with organizing 😅 Just the things I've often wished for when using the extension, so maybe some ideas, idk, I don't wanna come across as rude 😅😅 So, basically, if I hadn't lost data multiple times, it would be 5 Stars 😅

While it's really fast, the translation quality becomes poor, and the longer the paragraph, the poorer the quality. [Tried English -> Arabic]

Saved a session with 3 separate windows that had 15 tabs on each window, use each window for different interests ie work on one catching up on news on the other and social on the other window saved this session in expectation that I can start this session later, NO this was then replaced with the one window that i commenced after saving this session - if this was what I wanted then why ask me to save it.

Consistently my go to app for years now. Its simple and it saves all my tabs. That's all I need it to do. Highly recommend.

I don't get the ratings, but for regular/sane people, this is a great, FREE extension. I've used it on multiple browsers and devices for 2-3 years. Tab/Session extensions have gotten ridiculously complicated. Tab Session Manager checks every box I wanted this time around: auto-save sessions (and limits), cloud backups, exports, setting startup behavior and what is saved/loaded, and no need to create an account. Most importantly, it's simple. Users generally don't want a persistent tab/sidebar for journaling and organizing every random tab they leave open. Personally, I just want my window(s) back after Chrome updates or crashes, and this does it well. I periodically export my sessions and settings because stuff happens, but I think I've had one problem in 3 years, and it was Google's fault, so it was a quick restore from the sync (or caution backup, can't remember). Tabmanager.io is a good app that does a lot, but I (like many others) don't want to pay, and it was kind of overkill. Many of the bad reviews are by people expecting their browser to be its own perfect OS, and don't understand that users bear responsibility for poor browser hygiene. Close your damn tabs if it's something innocuous. If session restoration causes performance problems, you shouldn't use Chrome. The tab group concerns for those who are into that are valid.

Simple, easy and effective. Nothing more, nothing less.
