This is a SCAM. I don't understand what other people who wrote positive reviews have gotten out of this. Mulberry misrepresented the laptop warranty I bought, thinking it would cover the $2000 laptop in full. When it broke, they said it was only covered for $180. I wrote them asking for clarification. And like many MANY others looking for support, I got NO response. I never would have bought, and placed my trust in, a plan that only covered 10% of the cost of my laptop.

Just wondering if anyone has filed a claim. I purchased the Mulberry protection for $9.99/month and it lets you add on your purchases as you buy them, even allowing for purchases I made a few months ago. When I went to install the extension, chrome popped up with "this extension can read all your information and change all your data." So I forwent the extension and will just add them manually on the Mulberrry dashboard. Again, has anyone made a claim? Please post :-)

worst extension ever. slowed down my browser speed and it won't leave me alone when trying to buy something online - too many pop ups.

Easy extension to use and easy lookup on coverage options. I love not having to search for comparisions on insurance for my bigger purchases.

I have had items covered by this, but I have had it pop up as available, which helped me to make the decision to purchase an item, only for Mulberry to decide after my purchase that they changed their mind about covering it. That might be ok, if they could explain their rules so a customer can understand. Was it the website that was not covered, or was it something about the specs of the prduct (a tablet) but when you chat with customer service they give canned cut and paste responses and never directly answer a question so a customer just has to guess how to be a customer.

Where else can you get free warranty on a new product?

So Expensive, $500 of Insurance on a product value of $3600 and they don't cover any stain. They just try with excuses to don't come to care the products. You should care more about your clients and sometimes understand their needs after pays so much money for a service. Is better sometimes get a nice service and keep the clients forever, Bye

I downloaded the Mulberry Extension. Its such a great extension ! I love that Mulberry will give me protection plans for places that I shop. My good friend told me about the protection plan she got from Target though the Mulberry extension so I was anxious to try it ! I'm already see protection plan for an item I have been thinking about purchasing.

This might be a great extension if you want to get warranty on items that you might be useful during certain situations. I have not used the warranty option yet, but could prove useful for certain products.

I thought this was a great extension, and it really works great. I was suprised that it was so easy to use, and that it actually helped me keep up. In the end, it actually did help me financially and that was great.

I have found it quite useful. It could be a bit intrusive now and again, but not enough to outweigh its usefulness. I'd recommend.

Not bad but a little invasive at times. I have yet to use their warranty but I do like the idea of getting a warranty for things I purchase without having to worry about paying for extended protections.

Super fun to use and just take only couple of clicks to protect the products i purchase everyday. I am a big online shopper, so this extension made it super easy to protect my day to day purchases with just a few clicks. Definitely recommend this extension.

I started using it shortly after we got your extended warranty on our mattress. I have a bunch of "shopping" extensions; yours is the best one by far. It's intuitive and easy to use. It alerted me to several items eligible for your extended warranty at little or even no cost. I would not have known these were available if not for your extension. Your extended warranty beats Allstate, Assurion and others!

Wish I had known about this extension earlier. Saved me $$$ on warranties that I would have paid for. Easy to install and use; you can check for warranties on existing purchases by running a URL.
