Total Webshield blocked another antivirus from my computer because it was not protecting me

they have absolutely terrible customer service. the contact number on line has nothing to do with them.

Very dissatisfied. Webshield keeps switching off from my mobile. When I attempt to switch it on, I am asked to renew for 7days and thereafter I would be charged £7.99/week!!!!!! Requesting and getting help is practically like going through a labyrinth. Not so difficult to charge me on a regular basis though!

I have been trying to renew my TotalAV subscription for several days but even though it appears to be added to my extensions I still get the alert that my subscription has expired. I have done all;l I have been instructed but still get the alert. Please tell me what I am doing wrong.

After the first year, my credit card rejected the automatic renewal due to security reasons. I authorized the renewal, but now I can't find anywhere on the webshield site where I can actually send the renewal payment in. I'm logged in, but nothing takes me to an actual payment port.

I guess it's working. I keep getting pop ups saying some part had expired, 3 different components. I don't know if they are working & the notifications are wrong or if they are legit & I just got ripped off. I don't know if you bother to read these reviews but I need a response from cust. support ASAP.

Support required - Just purchased the top tier package and have begun the downloading of each extension, but even though I am currently logged in with my credentials, I am unable to find where the information screen is for the VPN. This was the main reason I purchased this and I really do need to know if this is running, and if my IP Address is visable or if its still available to see. Thank you in advance.

Went through the purchase process with the ad removal tool and the password tool. I can start the password tool because it the systems said I have to purchase it. BUT that's the previous step, What the Hell. If the install process is SOOOOO bad how can the product be any good ????

Easy to install, it's now on all 3 of my devices (2 chromebooks and 1 Samsung Android phone) easy to activate and gives me much more security online. I like it.

Have always been happy with TotalAV but i have lost my "safe" with all my passwords and codes etc 3 times Now. finding it hard to put up with..... Looking else where for security, because i can't get real help from TotalAV. Becoming waste of money. Where's the human help?

Not the easiest site to use, also, the services keep shutting themselves off. Like, I keep getting messages saying that my Webshield is off, and I have not turned it off. Also, the site keeps acting like I don't have an account, and it wants me to purchase the service when I already have it. Sometimes it just seems like too much trouble

You should tell more information to make the app better. Actually I just by luck to get this.
