Fathom is fantastic! I was considering a change of career due to my dislike of writing consultation notes and reports. Fathom has transformed how I feel about my work. I can now relax and concentrate on the content of the consultation/meeting rather than writing it all down and enjoy it. Fathom does a much better job of the consult/meeting summary and action points than I do anyway! Give it a go!

Fathom AI is a game changer tool that has blown away me and everybody at our company! We used to do your typically recording through zoom or Google meet, but with no summaries! This meant watching the entire recording just to pick up on a few key items. Fathom has changed that! Now with Fathom, I get an instant recording but now paired with action items, summary, etc. I can click on an action item I am curious about and it takes me to that point in the recording so I can gain further context. I am honestly impressed by the speaker detection and its ability to assign action items to the right people. It does better than a human notetaker would! At the free tier, it is awesome at note-taking taking and I like that it records all your meetings (so you don't have to pay Zoom or Google to do it for you). The meeting summaries it produces, in my opinion, are more accurate and relevant than ones I've seen from Otter.ai. I also really like its sales coaching feature that warns me when I'm talking too much. I started paying for Fathom because I saw it gave you sales summaries with sales action items, pain points, and FAQs that are great for my marketing agency for many reasons--create better proposals, content, tailored solutions, etc. I have not been disappointed since paying for it. Definitely makes my job easier! I use it almost every day. And their customer service responds quickly and they even have an easy-to-find spot where you can submit feature requests!

Game changer for meeting summaries, notes and tasks. If you take meeting notes and spend hours on the backend - you need to try Fathom. The worst part of my job now became the easiest. Add on that the integration with Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet, Hubspot, Zapier, etc and now you don't even have to copy/paste between your systems. It works flawlessly, integrates into Zoom (and other platforms) so it's always there, it records video of the entire call, makes the best AI summaries and action items, and it even syncs with our Hubspot and even creates tasks for me based on the call. It's so seamless and removed any friction other AI notetakers usually have. Even the free tier!

Before trying Fathom, I tested several other similar tools, but none impressed me as much as Fathom did. It’s truly intuitive, delivers on its promises, and the free version is genuinely complete. I am new to Fathom and have used it in Zoom (AH-MAZING!!) and in Hubspot (also AH-MAZING!) but haven't used it in Google Meet yet. I use it all day and love the ease of use and how much time it saves me!

I moved from a competitor Notetaker to Fathom a few weeks ago and think it is far superior. The quality of the summaries, ability to detect and record action points and the fact you can review not only the audio, but the video too, make Fathom a stand-out product. Being able to see the video and review body language and facial expressions give additional insights on key moments on the transcript. This product is easy to use with thoughtful features, excellent calendar integration and plenty of control.

I’ve been using Fathom with Microsoft Teams for a couple of months now, and it’s easily the best AI notetaker I’ve tried. The fact that it records the entire call video—something most other tools don’t do—makes a huge difference. I also really appreciate how easy it is to share meeting notes, set up reminders, and even get a bit of coaching along the way. The bullet-point summaries with clickable timestamps are the cherry on top—such a simple feature, but incredibly effective for quickly jumping back to important moments.
