I love the quality of the transcriptions, the multi-platform integrations (it accepts teams, meet and zoom, which is great and few other competitors can do this). In the downside, their bot appears as a new meeting attendant, which can be somewhat intimidating in some kinds of meeting. Also, their UI/UX could be better. the installation process is a little bit confusing as well, but it is well explained anyway. Well, I don't need to take notes in my meetings anymore and now I can fully focus on what's being discussed. Since the quality of the summary is really good, I can afford to do this now.

Highly recommend! The summary function alone is the timesaver worth the investment. That said, the Fathom Note Taker does an impressively good job at summarizing key points, identifying sections of meeting conversations and extracting action items. It's also easy to forward! A surprisingly novel feature: an email summary of all meetings comes right to my inbox and key points are not only bulleted but hyperlinked to the moment in the video for that conversation. Major time saver and impressively accurate.

In business calls I'm able to focus on the conversation and get notes after, or in international calls (I'm taking classes in Italian as a non-Italian) I'm receiving a summary in English at the end to fill the gaps in my understanding. I've been using Fathom essentially since it came out and it is probably the most useful App I have. The notetaking function is flawless and receiving recaps by email after every use makes my life easy. The addition of the note taker for Google Meet is welcome, and I'd love to see similar add-ons for MS Teams. I recommend Fathom highly.

Fathom is an absolute game changer. I use it multiple times a day for all my meetings, and it’s truly a lifesaver. Being able to fully focus on listening to my clients—without worrying about taking notes—is invaluable. Everything is captured, and I can easily go back to reference key points or replay specific parts of the conversation. The ability to copy tasks directly into Asana is a huge productivity boost. Fathom has become an essential part of my workflow.

I've tried other AI summary tools and they're either cumbersome or intrusive on permission requests — NOT Fathom. I was able to integrate Fathom in a few simple clicks and set the permissions to either manually record meetings (useful if you don't want to record everything), or automatically record every meeting and share with attendees. Currently, I'm using Fathom with every meeting we have on Zoom and Google Meet. Fathom has streamlined our meeting recap process with actionable insights. Seriously, it's dead simple and does what I need to to without unnecessary features.

First discovered this tool almost 3 years ago at my old job and loved it since day 1. I absolutely love the summaries and how you can customize them. 6 stars! 5 Stars are too less for Fathom AI Notetaker. Consistent, dependable, and surprisingly accurate. We sometimes switch to Hindi and other vernacular languages during meetings. However, there are no gibberish points in any of the notes. The recording is clear and the notes are crisp, usable and valuable. Thank you Fathom, for making us actually like AI. All my team members have installed it and we are using it for all our meetings now :)

Fathom is amazing. I've used it for close than a month, and it blew my expectations. It has helped me summarize long meetings, itemize next steps, and highlight key points. The tool is so good for B2B sales, SaaS prospection and business meetings in general. It even understand the numbers, quotes, pricing, financial discussions involved during meetings, which saves A LOT of time. So far so good, I would be exploring how to connect it with more tools eventually, but it's been extremely useful to me and my team during the past month.
