Best thing is, it is very easy to setup, the customer support is really good, I use it in all of my meetings. The record and transcript feature is so good, it records the entire meeting for us to come visit any number of times. It really helps me in non native language meetings. The extension shows up in my taskbar and when I enter any meeting, it shows me real time analytics like talk time and also has feature to highlight minute of that video. Its simply amazing, post the meeting, I get an auto generated email with all the action items for the meeting and it is so convenient knowing I'll get all action items along with transcript and video recording of the meeting. And did I mention it comes at no cost whatsoever. Highly Recommended !!

Fanthom is a great assistant. The fact that I get the recap of my meetings almost instantly and that it includes all notes, recap and next steps makes its use a must for my meetings.

I have been using Fathom for about 2 months now. It has saved me so much time, which as a consultant means money. This tool allows me to easily focus on the meeting while it takes the accurate notes and then summarizes it into a great format that everyone can follow. AND the best part of that is it includes the action items of each person at the top of the summary. I am able to send these out immediately following my meetings so there is no additional action from me on re-typing notes or transcribing action items for everyone. "I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FATHOM" Fathom is user-friendly, offers practical tools, and simplifies my work, resulting in a final product that my clients love and enjoy. Much of my work is meetings and follow-up action items. This would all have to be done manually without Fathom. I absolutely love this app. It allows me to concentrate on the conversation and the person, without having to break rapport to take notes. The fact that it then automatically sends a summary to the other person/people on the call is just brilliant. I've not had a single person decline the notetaker, nor has anyone acted any differently on the call because it's there. Such a high quality of transcript and summary too. Yes, there's the odd tiny hiccup, (such as misspelling a few things or names here and there) but absolutely nothing to cause any issues. I highly recommend this. The free version is incredible and has so many features. I will be upgrading to a paid plan soon for work, but only because I want other people to be able to use it and save all the transcripts in one place.

I used the loom app simultaneously with fathom on a few client video Google meets and it was eerily embarrassing how wrong loom was identifying speakers, identifying, important information, and how pathetic the summary was. I use I use it with every client meeting now. And it has been tremendous.
