I've tried various AI notetakers but without a doubt Fathom is by far the best to take notes of Zoom/Teams/Google Meet calls. Love the summaries and transcripts it gives after the call
I was using Fireflies, but the search and note-taking capabilities were very lacking. I switched to Fathom, and I have not regretted it. It works seamlessly across my Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet calls, and the summaries are fantastic. Above that, it finds what I am looking for when I search for information. I highly recommend Fathom.
I really love Fathom, it takes incredible notes, even in my conversations with clients that go in and out of English and Spanish, it gives throughout and accurate summaries in transcripts, fully in either language. Huge game changer for my small business.

We've used Fathom AI Note Taker for over a year and it's such a great tool! Only a few years ago, my colleague and I took minutes during client meetings, and one of us spent an hour afterwards summarising everything and drafting a recap email to the client. Now thanks to Fathom, it's all done instantly for us, no typos or mistakes, we can even refer to the transcript if necessary. Having the action points listed is a great feature too. Overall, it's brilliant! Definitely one of the best examples of how AI can improve your life!

I'm not able to attend every meeting my team runs, and the AI summaries provide me with accurate, concise, and helpful recaps. I love being able to dig into the transcript and ask Fathom questions like ChatGPT. Sharing capabilities are not a perfect set-up for my team but we've made it work and I think the pros vastly outweigh and cons.

It saves me HOURS and I can spend my time doing the fun stuff like creative thinking and write stuff that doesn’t suck. As a freelance B2B-copywriter part of my process is researching voice of customer. I used to record my Voice of Customer sessions with clients clients THEN wait for the recording and THEN upload it in another tool for transcription and THEN structure the whole thing. With Fathom I literally do nothing other than go through the summary and pluck important bits and pieces for analysis. But the most impressive thing is that I speak Danish (tiny language) and Fathom nails it 98% of the time.

Fathom is a great tool to take notes and summarize meetings. Since I discovered it, I haven't stopped using it. Now I just focus on the meeting knowing that I will receive the report when it finish.

The summaries are sharp and to the point, clearly outlining the main takeaways and action items. I started using Fathom in 2025 at the suggestion of a friend. It has changed the way I manage meetings and keeping records. I no long need copious notes, the priorities from the meeting are highlighted and easy for me to see and send to others. I not only have a recording of the Zoom call, but pertinent aspects are highlighted, categorized and easy to find. An excellent tool!

As a busy mom, event coach and planner being hands-free during a meeting carries so much more weight than it may seem. When I'm off camera (and sometimes on) I'm constantly putting out fires. For example, what petrified item will my son eat off of the floor today? Has he decided it's a good idea to backflip off of the couch? If it's a Monday, more than likely yes. Aside from keeping a tiny human alive, on calls I just want to be present and not have my attention split between listening, comprehending, condensing and notating. With Fathom, this is absolutely possible- convenient and efficient two qualities that are worth their weight in gold to a business owner. Thank goodness for this platform- it's like a morning cup of coffee, sometimes the only thing that goes right for the day.
Fathom is incredibly easy to use and integrates seamlessly with Zoom and Google Meet. Fathom is a great tool for any web based communications. It allows the user to not have to worry about taking notes so that you can have 100% focus without having to take breaks to jot something down. Additionally, the summary tool is amazing, you don't have to rewatch the recording as it puts it in an easy to read format. You can go back through the conversation and find anything easily with the increased watch speed and transcript. If you use the highlight feature it makes it even easier to find points that you are looking for. 10/10 would recommend.

I cancelled Fathom since there are so many of the tools I'm already using that are offering notetakers now. That lasted about 2 weeks and 3 meetings. Fathom is far more accurate, more reliable, more searchable, more user friendly, doesn't clutter my Google Docs and Drive. I don't see anyone offering the value that Fathom does in this space. And I happily recommend it to all of my clients as well!

I pick and choose AI platforms and on note taking have been an avid Otter user for several years, and Notion for about a year. I've switched both off for Fathom. Whilst like any platform you need to do a sanity check, generally the accuracy and flexibility of Fathom makes it imho the one to use right now.

Easy to use and it is a constant companion. Not only can I rely on it, but so do all the people I meet with as they get the notes, too. Without exception, everyone has been impressed.
