Love the way this platform works! The AI is super accurate (business plan), the notes open immediately after the meeting, you see the gist, action items, and summary plus you can assign tasks to your team directly into asana from the action items it captures. As a business executive who has several meetings a day and no time to send recap emails and follow up with individual team members, this is the perfect note taker and memory jog.

I've tried a few AI meetings apps and Supernormal just seems in a category of one. Delightful and intuitive UI, easy to add to meetings, and an incredible feature set on the back end to actually converse with meeting notes and history to move work forward.

This wasn't the case at first, but an evolution of Supernormal forces sharing / invites participants to Supernormal unless one pays. This change has not been communicated, and making this type of functionality chargeable is a redflag for me.

Supernormal has been a lifesaver for me. I am a note taker in meetings. I know if I don't write things down, I will forget them. Since using Supernormal, I don't take notes anymore because I know I am going to get great notes with a separate list of action items. That is a game changer for me. If used properly, Supernormal is the best thing I've come across in years.

Finally I can be present in meetings! It may not be perfect (what is?), but it's saved me time and has increased my engagement in meetings without the distraction of taking notes & actions.

The chrome plugin works well. I was hoping it would work for the Google Meet progressive web app, and it does.

as someone with ADHD who's day-to-day work life is much more exhausting and difficult than my peers, this app is *such* a life changer for me--and I've only had it for two meetings so far. I have a very hard time remembering what all is said in a meeting, and having these notes to look back on takes a *massive* weight off my chest, as I'm not left sitting there like, 'wait, what was I supposed to do now?'. my life is constant note-taking and setting reminders/alarms on my phone so I can keep up with all my work (and personal) life responsibilities, and now with this app, I know I can breathe easier going through my days.

Super satisfactory for our day to day meetings. the transcripts, the action items, the recording. everything is super helpful. i can copy the transcript feed it into a chat bot like Gemini or chatgpt and drive more insights and action items from the meeting

Eu gosto de usar, às vezes ficam alguns parágrafos em inglês mas ta tudo certo. No geral é bem prático, eficiente e ágil. Só sugeri que de repente, o formato final, ficasse mais parecido com uma ata de reunião, pois no meu caso, uso muito como base de ata de reunião. Uso a versão gratuita.

I am pretty happy with the summaries and tasks drawn - as any Ai system, it needs tailoring - hence why I am not happy if it is shared un-checked (for the free version). But other than that, is a great note taker - coherent, to the point.

Other recording tools never seemed to work for me, as it always disrupted my workflow, and never seemed to deliver the information I needed post meeting. Ever since I started using Supernormal in Sept 2023, I will never go back. The notes, tasks/takeaways are 110% spot on, and for all the customer calls I do, I seamlessly pull in tasks (and check each off) when writing email follow ups. ILY Supernormal!

I used to try to take notes and then never revisit them, but now all my notes are in the same place and created for me so I can actually be engaged in the meeting. I tried a couple different AI notetakers and Supernormal by far had the best notes, plus they let me customize templates and sections!

My far the best note taking AI I've used. As someone who runs an AI consulting firm and has tried all the major tools on the market, this is the most seamlessly easy to use note taker on the market. I especially like not having to invite another entity to the meeting, the extension is certainly the superior approach. Great job with this one guys.
