I work for a non-profit college access program serving low-income students. I wanted to use their add-on for Google Sheets Mail Merge only. Their pricing is very misleading as it says it's only $3.25 per month. So I chose that option, only wanting to use it one time. However, it is really $19.95 per month if you choose to be billed monthly instead of annually. When I contacted customer service via email, they were prompt in canceling my subscription and said my refund had been processed. However, there was never any refund processed. Since then, I have reached out 5+ times through email and their online customer service form, and have had zero help. All they said they do not understand why I want a refund, then continued to not respond to my emails, even after explaining all of the above. If you need to do Mail Merge with Google Sheets, you DO NOT need to purchase their membership to use it AND there are other businesses out there that can do the exact same thing without charging you and with much better customer service.

The company does not respond to support requests. Their videos explaining the process of using Form Upload on YouTube have over 75 questions that also went unanswered. Pretty cheeky for a company that charges $39/year for a SINGLE Google Form upgrade. The ability to connect the form with the Google Sheet is very poor, and their help file for it is even worse. The standard Google tool to connect a form to a spreadsheet works easily and flawlessly. Their method not only fails, but is tough to understand why. Can't recommend this unless they change their support and explanations ASAP.

This plugin works great for me and helps me keep track of conversations when the subject line is unhelpful. The only improvement I would wish to see is the ability to blacklist a domain (for example my company's domain) and to include the domain of the other people on the thread instead.

This is a very useful extension to get a quick glance of the senders without reading the message's title at all. Really saves a lot of time. But unfortunately this extension makes Gmail consume awfully lot of CPU and RAM on relatively low-end computers. My CPU constantly spikes at 100% usage while I have this extension enabled, and I feel that all those consumed CPU cycles are not really necessary for a relatively simple function like this. So all in all it's a great convenience I'd say but it's kinda pity that it uses so much system resources. I hope you 'll be able to fix this critical issue in the future. If that happens, I'll be sure to update my review and give the extension 5 stars instead :)

The "extension" is just a link to the developer's website. Why would anyone download an app other than through Google's Chrome and Android stores, which are scanned for malicious bugs?

Excellent extension that provides constant value. I can immediately know if the email is from a known source. Google spam filter is great but when something falls through the cracks, by looking at the icon/sender I know it is spam. Excellent extension and highly recommended

Hopeless customer service. Automated response and cannot make any further contact. Programme is not at all working for what I need and cannot get any help whatsoever. A refund would be great.

No novo gmail os icones aparecem do lado direito e ocultos, só aparecem quando passa o mouse me cima.

Doesn't work for Vertical Pane or the new Gmail update. If you could get it working for at the least Vertical, I would come back and rate it 5 stars =)

Nice extension. One of the reasons that I am still using Chrome instead of Firefox. It would be great if the app can be updated for the new Gmail interface too
