Doesn't work anymore

Greatest extension ever! Makes life so much easier!

"I want to cancel my subscription. You make it impossible... Contact me before I open a chargeback." This line above was my original review that I left after I've spend a good 20 minutes of my day trying to send a SIMPLE email and ask for cancelation. Believe me, it's not made easy to contact them and you can see that from other customers' reviews. After I found an email address by digging through the reviews and comments and asked for my subscription to be canceled, this was the answer I got: "Not until you change the review you left. Send proof you have changed the review and I will cancel for you. " What? Really? I'll have to continue paying just because I left negative feedback? You try to punish me or something? And, no. I haven't received a notification that my subscription has been canceled YET.

How can I get in contact with them? The contact tab in their website does now shows any information. Great TOOL.

Great tool to alert possible IP related listings. The new Generic ASIN alert is a nice feature as well. Highly recommend, especially to newer sellers.

Signed up, never got my licenses number. I tried to have it resent to my email like 10 times still never sent it, looked in all folders. DO NOT BUY!! BIG SCAM!!!

Since beginning selling on Amazon, I've noticed lots of people having issues with IP complaints. I decided I would purchase IP alert to save me from potential headaches and lost time. This is a great extension that has helped steer me away from brands that aren't worth the trouble. And now there is a mobile app to help out all of the sellers that like to do retail arbitrage! I consider this product well worth the price.

This extension has saved me so many times! My Amazon account is very important to me and using this has allowed me to avoid selling products from brands that will file IP complaints. It integrates with my TA as well so I see the alerts when I'm sourcing. If I am not using TA, it will still show up as an alert on the product page. They are always adding new alerts as well so info is staying up to date. It is a must-have for any professional Amazon seller!

Love IP Alert! I feel like this is a must have for our business!

It is very difficult to share this plugin for use to the employees/va because it only can be accessed using the google account that we have used for purchase. When we use the OUR main account, we can't share it to other, I wish you could update this.
