There's a bit of the bug where the comments sometimes stop loading even if I didn't stop it.
This extension has the very needed feature but it doesn't perform well. It doesn't show all the comments, actually missing quite a few.
currently working as usual (after periods of sporadic unreliability)! TIP: if it's not working for you, you may need to disable your Youtube Ad blocker. I use many ad blockers and the one called "Adblock for Youtube™" is incompatible with this extension. After turning that one off this works perfectly!

It works fine for YouTube videos comments but what about searching comments in YouTube shorts? Why doesn't it work for them. The author should make it compatible with YouTube shorts comments section search as well. Keep up the good work.
WORKS AGAIN, TRUST ME Loved this extension I use it so much for literally everything and it was just amazing, but it didnt work for a couple months because of a youtube update but im glad its working again, definitely reinstall or just install for the first time, this is a must for youtube
Works as expected, just wish it was initially hidden, likely of me using it is 4/10, so it would better if the button to show the filter block to be inside "Sort by" drop down menu as an item where apon clicking it shows the filter block or at least provide it as option in the settings.
It stopped working for some time, now it works perfectly again. This rating needs to be updated

Potentially GREAT extension, but with SEVERE limitations. Unlike other extensions out there, this one has every sorting feature you might ever want, and it integrates nicely where Youtube comments are supposed to be, not in a separate menu, thus allowing you to use other big extensions such as Youtube Enhancer and the like, in a reasonably natural way. HOWEVER, I use this mostly to sort by Top comments, and while it certainly does that, there seems to be no way whatsoever to like, dislike, or reply to a certain comment, unless you click "Time stamps" (according to the tutorial), and then, the previous filtering option is COMPLETELY GONE, so I´m supposed to search for the comment I want to like, dislike or reply to in a sea of comments, which basically defeats the main purpose of why I installed this extension, to begin with, which was to filter so I could better INTERACT with other comments. There are some other minor issues (like the fact you cannot seem to set a default sorting option, so every time I have to click Sort by Likes), but the aforementioned issue is the true deal-braker. So if you manage to fix that, Mr. Developer, a truly useful extension, worth collaborating to, no doubt. Best!

Its a stupid extension, I thought its for searching your Comment History, but its only for searching comments in a particular video.

Contrary to some other reviews, this IS still being updated. You need to uninstall this version and install the new version, which you can find by searching the store for "YouTube Comment Search (Continued)"

RIP. Was a brilliant extension but now no longer updated by the creator.
Last update was 10 October 2022 and it is safe to say it is abandoned now and no longer works.
Currently does not show up in comment section. It used to work, can you guys try adding a youtube blocker extension and check if that messes with your code to allow it to show in the comments?
