Hello, I am experiencing an issue with the transcript extension. When I open the transcript panel, it appears blank and does not display any text, even for videos that should have captions available. I have tried different videos and even other transcript extensions, but the issue persists. Could you please look into this? Thank you for your assistance.

it used to work very well for me. just recently when i update chrome to latest ver : Version 137.0.7151.68 (Official Build) (64-bit) it stops working completely, showing empty white plain canvas. the 5 stars is for my past experience.

This was super great, but (as others have noted) it just stopped working. I tried 3-4 other similar apps today, and they didn't work either. Maybe these were all disabled as a result of a recent Chrome update. (I'll update the review once it's fixed. I'm only giving 2 stars as an alert. When it works, it's really great.)

It doesn't seem to work. I think youtube is blocking this somehow. Subtitles will come up but I get nothing to very little with this extension

Not sure what happened. Everything worked fine over the past few months, but in the past few days, I suddenly noticed that the extension turned completely blank. It no longer displays transcripts properly, nor allows switching languages, copying, or downloading transcripts. Then, I conducted several tests and have summarized the following findings: 1. Under normal conditions in the Edge browser, after turning off all other extensions and leaving only the "Transcript YouTube" extension enabled, the "Transcript YouTube" extension still fails to function properly (in other words, it remains completely blank). 2. When opening the Edge browser in "InPrivate" mode, the "Transcript YouTube" extension works properly. Based on the above two points, if you need me to perform more tests, I am willing to cooperate.

He probado varias extenciones parea la transcripcion y sin lugar a dudas es la mejor. Algunos videos no los transcribe, pero son menos que otras extensiones.
