Тут к самим ZoogVPN наверно минимум вопросов, разве что хотелось бы возможности выбора протокола VPN, в частности Shadow, если это в принципе реализуемо в рамках расширения для браузера. Работоспособность расширения зависит от интернет-провайдера. При чем, когда не работает расширение, могут работать другие протоколы (например OpenVPN с тем же ZoogVPN). А может быть наоборот. Расширение работает, а OpenVPN не подключается. Таким образом, полагаться только на расширение нельзя, но если оно работает, оно работает.
