I should have read the reviews first. Not working and no support. Wasted money and time on this.

Extension not working in 2025, with no support page or emails, and the founder email is abandoned, you can't even ask for a refund (they don't offer 100% money back as they claim) Was a good app before but now i don't really recommend, it's broken.

Seems it's broken, abandoned and has zero support. I've been trying to reach them for a month, and the extension just goes and sets the 'scan window' to 30 days, and repeats those pages over and over...

Worked great for me - over 13000 emails collected and I didn't notice any lags in performance at all. Thanks!

Just like others, it did work -- until it crashed about 200 pages in. Now I can't access my data or run the program again. Do not waste your money. Quite unfortunate

I run a high volume shop so I paid for premium. Ran it for 6 hours and it got progressively slower and slower until it completely stopped about 80% through my orders. Tried again the next day and now none of the links in the popup window work at all- I can't get emails, start automation, or access my account. I've restarted my computer, updated and rebooted Chrome, cleared cache, and it still won't work. Total waste of $10, would really appreciate a refund.

As per others experience. Doesn't work at all. You click the extension in the bar at the top of the screen and the dropdown doesn't appear. Waste of time.

Can't login anymore. after puting e-mail and password and clicking the button nothing happens. Tried from multiple devices. Useless, used to be good.

Not sure what everyone else's problem was with this. It worked great for me!

The KEY thing to using this extension is: PATIENCE. After about 30 min of messing with it, I finally got to where it allowed me access to the "tutorials" (and was able to click it) (Here's his video walkthrough - https://www.loom.com/share/b00c29c84a9e4ac7996723ac3e524fc8?t=6) Once I watched that, and followed his method of installation, I saw how slow it can be (with little indication that it's working, tbh) - so I finally just let each click sit for 3-5 seconds and it would actually work. THAT was apparently the key to this working for me. I have 64 pages of Etsy orders to go through, so it's going to take a while, but it appears to work! TLDR: It's a VERY slow moving extension, but it works!
