I've been using this extension for a few years now as I manage multiple accounts on LinkedIn for busy people. I used it very much and here is what I can tell you: - customer service offers support and they do reply but sometimes there isn't much that they can do - the price is high for what it does - it saves you some time but still not too much as most functions are not ok to be used honestly. You still have to check each account to make sure you aim for quality, not quantity - it helps saving time when you send messages but I still check and add them one by one in campaigns. If you mostly want to use if for messages then yes, you can pay for this but otherwise I honestly do not think it is work the money. Sorry guys! Edit: would help if we would be able to change the order of the attachments in a message. I added 3-5 and I want them in a certain order in a message but it doesn't matter as it sends them as they want. Edit2: it is a bit frustrating that I have to delete and re-install quite often

Keeps dropping out with 'spinning wheels'. Twice in last 6 weeks I have been unable to use it, then one day it starts working again. Really frustrating and no response from customer service.

Malgré deux annulations, mon compte a été réactivé et facturé sans mon accord. J’ai dû échanger de nombreux mails, insister à plusieurs reprises et même publier un avis négatif pour obtenir un remboursement alors que le problème venait clairement d’un bug technique. Je remercie le support d’avoir fini par reconnaître la situation et rembourser, mais c’est dommage d’en arriver là. Un service correct, mais un processus de résolution des litiges qui pourrait être bien plus humain et fluide.

After using it, my LinkedIn account was Locked. I am still unable to unlock the account. Once it unlocked, I logged in to the account again. Within a few minutes, it again locked due to its bot-generated activity within the LinkedIn account.

They are liars, they intentionally don't let you know that to use CRM wisely. It is necessary to have LINKEDIN PREMIUM. It happens with us & when such scenario occurs. They use terms and condition to tell us that it won't possible. But there is one valid point through i can take necessary action. Please read all terms and condition wisely or else use other software

I give it 1 star, the support team was trying. I had Octopus for 1 week and for that week there was a problem sending automated connections, it would only send one and then freeze. Support tried to work on it but nothing corrected it. I decided to go to a different CRM that had better, less manual, sequencing. I asked for a refund for the week of problems and was just emailed that they do not give refunds. So I basically paid for a month that I only had service for a week and it did not work. This app should not be on the chrome extensions if this is its policy. Buyer beware.

Having tried both tools, Octopus is great but falls short compared to SalesMind AI. SalesMind offers a more user-friendly interface, reduces LinkedIn account risks, provides exceptional support, and boasts advanced AI features for smarter prospecting.

While the tool wasn't that difficult to use, setting up sequences and more was much harder than other comparably tools. Also, it's not very well explained but using those tool along with any other tool will get you suspended from LinkedIn. 1 month into my subscription it happened to me and they cited their policy as being the reason not to refund me. Really poor customer service. If keeping customers money after poor service and performance is your business model - you're not going to last very long.

It's a super easy tool to use. It's very easy to find support for using the tool. It's very easy to get in touch with the provider. So this is a fit for me.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I was a happy customer a few years ago. Now, the functionality has been super stripped down, and there's not knowledge base to help you. Very disappointed. I cancelled 10 minutes after subscribing. Don't make my mistake

So I downloaded this extension to use free trial for the first time today. By the time I added 121 connections, I got a warning from LinkedIn that I added too many people. I stopped adding people and I logged back in, and LinkedIn banned my account. I used to have 2000+ connections and they are now all gone in one night because of this tool. Avoid using this tool if you don't want to get banned.

Octopus CRM is a great tool, along with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for expanding your connections, sending messages and generally building your audience. It's easy to use (watch ALL the training vids - they spell it out) and very effective. I recommend this plug-in to anyone trying to build their LI audience with a view to building a business.

I just started using Octapus. It was introduced to me by a friend. I contacted Customer Service and I was informed that I have to use the referral link. I was informed that I had to use the referral link. This is something Octapus should look into. We, customers, do not know how your system works. When I upgraded my free trial, and feel very unhappy that my friend couldn't get the referral commission. I do subscribe to other online products and there is a field for me to fill up my referrer's name. Otherwise, the program so far works well for me Another feed back, please conduct online training on how to help us, your clients, so that we can optimise the use of Octopus.

My customers have been delighted with consistent Octopus campaign results! I highly recommend Octopus if you are looking for a 3rd Party LinkedIn Marketing Application.

Just got Octopus and think it's great value for the price. I've used 2 other LinkedIn automation tools and this offers almost the same level of UX as another one that's at least a $1500 onboarding... It's also very fast and intuitive. Looking forward to more sleepy lead gen!

A huge timesaver for some organic marketing on LinkedIn. I would not recommend over using this too much because it impersonates you interacting on your LinkedIn profile, but it is a huge time saver! If you keep use it reasonably you can save hours worth of time (but I would do a little bit at a time)

Great product to reach out to professionals. has help me a lot. the support team is superb. turn around time is indeed less than 2 hours and sometimes even less than an hour. Unlimited plan should have unlimited email credits too.

The concept is great and I have been deep diving into it since I got it. It would be nice if there was a scheduling option but I haven't seen one yet. My feeling is, if you get one job, sale, partnership, etc. by using Octopus with LinkedIn, then the fee is more than worth it.

Just started with Octopus CRM (in my first 10 days). It increased the hits on my profile by 343% in the first week. I hit my weekly limit with LI, and got a warning from OCRM. Defining your personal campaign is a little tricky, but once you understand what you want, linking is pretty simple. Watch the videos, very helpful. Tech support is very responsive and helpful.

Very usefull and effective tool: 116 new connections and 6 SQL only in 2 weeks using only one LI account. Pros: - easy and fast to master the tool, in-depth tutorial; - perfect and friendly support team answering in just 1-2 hours; - free trial long enough to try all the features; - reasonable price in comparison to competitors. Cons: - price of $25/month is still a bit high, $10-15 would be much more comfortable; - several features are not available: likes, time interval between actions in compaign f.e.

I'm not a recruiter, but a job seeker. I had heard about automated business tools for LinkedIn, but I had a thought: what if I could automate the tedious tasks of mining LinkedIn for recruiter information, contacting them one by one, etc? So, as an experiment, I added the Octopus extension for the trial period. Within 3 DAYS I had increased my profile views by 445% and received about a dozen connection requests!! Octopus is really easy to use and extremely powerful. I can't speak to the recruiter use case, but for job seekers, this is a hack you definitely need to take advantage of!
