Thank you for highlighting my empty bookmark folders that I thankfully had imported a backup after 50 were deleted by Bookmarks Clean Up - my first bookmark managing extension I tried for removing broken links but then got curious about their remove empty folders function which did not show a message of what it would do when hovered over/a 2nd step to choose/a confirmation dialogue box/a view of what was gone without an undo. So glad I finally found this to restore the rest I could not remember.

I tried most other similar bookmark management extensions on Chrome and this was the only one which gave me the control to deal with the aftermath of Chrome's bookmark duplication glitch. Ein Lebensretter für alle mit vielen Lesezeichen! Diese Erweiterung ist einfach genial. Ich hatte über 900 doppelte Lesezeichen aus mehreren Ordnern – und es wäre unmöglich gewesen, sie alle manuell zu löschen. Mit nur zwei Klicks hat „Bookmark Dupes“ alles sauber aufgeräumt. Die automatische Auswahl von Duplikaten (außer ältesten oder neuesten) funktioniert zuverlässig, und sogar leere Ordner werden erkannt. Die Benutzeroberfläche ist minimalistisch, aber funktional. Besonders gefällt mir, dass keine unnötige Berechtigungen verlangt werden. Ein absolutes Muss für alle, die ihre Lesezeichen regelmäßig importieren oder zwischen Browsern wechseln. Danke an den Entwickler!

Buscava uma ferramenta para localizar pastas vazias e sites duplicados. O BookMark Dupes resolveu em segundos. Recomendo. Além de resolver meu problema, em ajudou a identificar com o modo expert alguns pontos de organização. Recomento, perfeito. Rapito, facil e pratico.

By far the best and easiest to use to find and delete duplicate bookmarks, I've tried the others and it was either too complicated or it didn't select the dupes for you.

Take a bow, fella - what a genius piece of work. I'd munged my bookmarks between Chrome and Brave and trying to sort this out inevitably led to more bookmarks that I could possibly imagine, and this sorted it out. Brilliant, just brilliant.

Discreto, ma non preciso. Ricerca duplicati: non li rileva tutti, ma la maggior parte si. Visualizzazione ottimale della lista dei duplicati per un facile check manuale; presenti opzioni per le selezioni; in caso di elevato numero di urls e cartelle (120'000), l'estensione li trova, ma va in crash senza permettere di selezionarli, errore "Out of memory" (solo tab preferiti aperta, cancellati cache e cronologia, disattivate tutte le estensioni, Chrome aggiornato ultima versione, 64-Bit sistema). Sempre corretto il numero totale dei segnalibri ed è utile, invece, la rimozione di cartelle vuote, preciso.
