3 stars because of concerns. While it is useful for people who can't talk or other uses, there are some bug glitches that make some things make some parts of the website non-functional. Here is the description what are things that causes it to glitch: Sometimes when you search (on Google), the glitch occurs that the white part (not sure how) comes up and takes up the whole space and you have to refresh the page to make that gone, the extension is good (the rest of it other than that but might depend what people say). Also, sometimes when you try to click on something such as in Google Classroom (this includes other websites such as Wikipedia, Google Translate, games (some) and others), some parts don't work (same reason but the white part does not appear) which the extension is the cause (parts that don't work are blue links not working when the extension is on, making things unclickable (certain things), and few other things) which requires the page to refresh (as mentioned before) to make it fixed. I tried the same thing but without the extension (on another device) and that is the issue that is required to be fixed (the extension only). Without this extension on another device, the white part as mentioned up there is when you search on Google, it is not there without this extension. If you scroll down the page (in other websites but sometimes Google search), you might see a tool thing that is not supposed to appear (depending how the website is designed), which makes no sense, even if you did not turn it on (not the extension, the tools) and you have to refresh the page to make that fixed which it is not a good sign. I did contact support about this and they don't even care, not respond to my issue, or just think I'm just lying despite they haven't responded. For customers only: If you haven't tried, try contacting it below which it is at the email section below which it is at the details section. If possible while emailing of the owner of the extension, try to show the proof (can be a video or a picture) of the glitches on some websites For developers only: Developers, please ensure you provide an update that fixes the glitches I described earlier. Always remember to program it carefully and thoroughly test to verify that the glitches are resolved. If the issue persists (doesn't work), double-check your work or consider reprogramming the affected parts. It's crucial (or important) to address these problems promptly. Otherwise, the usage of this extension will decline, potentially leading to its discontinuation (making users mad or making reviews of excuses for this review I provided up here). Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This extension has been installed on my computer since 2022, with it literally not being used once under any circumstance. Additionally, you have to pay to use it, and most schools are rather cheap. Serves zero purpose in a school environment.

Not really helpful, I can't recall a moment of which I had to use this in. This was just downloaded due to me having a resource class, never really needed it.

For the students who need this for rate enhancement and spelling support it is a great tool. The ability to add topic specific vocabulary is valuable.

I had to go to Youtube to figure out how it works. Ohh my word, the voice is one that takes me back to my student year at the begging of 2000. It is not very intuitive in its use. some of the application voices are much better such as on Bing, MS Word, etc and these are free. Not impressed and will be removed.

It won't do anything. Seriously. All it does it sit in the corner of my screen, as well as movies/video content and be annoying.

I loved this extension for the first 20 minutes, but after that it stopped working. It'll read about 1/4 of the way into highlighted text, and then just give up mid-sentence. Does the same with with the screenshot feature. I was really excited to use it, but unfortunately it was too good to be true.

The concept is interesting, and I don't know how many other extensions are out there like this one (probably a lot though), however, it annoyed me from the start. You need to login or get a 7 day free trial. I did the login and didn't get a quick email, so I had to use the 7 day free trial. It acts as a data scraper, which I could use, however it doesn't seem to update well. You can likely find better. It has inspired me to look for better.

The extension has great potential, the predictive text is spot on and very usefuly, but the usability and the typing flow is terrible, Why not be like other similar autocomplete tools, use the "Tab" key to select the word. Having to click a number of a use the mouse to select the word really breaks the flow and slows down the writing. Also, having inline suggestions (a grayed out text like in gmail) would be great. Lastly, It is heavy, I have no need for the audio/speech features, can you make a seperate version for typing.

Snap and Read is a good tool, worked for about two weeks. However, it stop working for me 3 days ago. I received an air message that asked it I wanted to reload. I clicked the reload button a few times nothing happen. I tried to reopen it, same results. I rebooted my computer, same results. At this point I thought about re installing it.. Do anyone have any suggestions?

Brilliant concept, but disappointing in practice. I.e. once it generates questions in G Forms you'll still need to re-write every one of them because they aren't very useful (and then add in your own).

The reading was okay, but when I selected it it said something or anything like under scroll comma question mark comma h f j. Sometimes it would even spell out words even if it was a real word. Also, I cannot read other languages like Korean and sometimes it skipped words. For example, it was supposed to say The quick brown fox but it said The brown fox. Sometimes it replaced words, for example it was supposed to say The quick brown a fox but is said The slow brown o fox. It is very annoying! DO NOT USE!!
