Sí funciona en brave, tienen que elegir su combinación, no la que viene predeterminada, esto se hace yendo a brave://extensions/shortcuts y elegir el atajo que enseñe/esconda extensión :D

Kinda works, but it still shows the progress bar on Chrome for me.

it works very well on Chrome, but i recently changed to Brave and it doesn't work here, can it be updated or is there an alternative?

How to make it work on Brave : RIght click on the Hyde extension icon in toolbar, select "Manage Extension", click on "Keyboard Shortcuts" from the left side menu list on your screen, click the edit icon for "hide/show controls", press the "Ctrl+M" keys on your keyboard. Ensure it is shown as Ctrl+M in the textbox and you are good to go! It works as expected.

Worked perfectly until recently, now it doesn't do anything :( Update: Nevermind, it works just fine with videos when they have regular youtube links, but not when they have 'live' in the link.

Very good Extension. I just have one complain, can you add a way to change the default hotkey "Ctrl+M" with any other combination of keys? or at least a set of options to choose. My problem is that in Brave the "Ctrl+M" is also used to mute the current browser tab. So Brave takes in consideration first the default option to mute the tab and totally ignores the extension.

Works perfectly.. well maintained. Rare need served by this extension but author is dedicated and it never fails my need to get a clean screenshot without the normal HUD.

Works perfectly for me! As others have said, you need to go to the Keyboard Shortcuts page in Extensions and set the shortcut.

As others are saying it still leaves the red progress bar.

Right now it have an error it shows video progress bar . Make some changes soon .

While in Brave Browser I had to set the toggle hotkey, after that it worked simply and properly. rightclick topright extensions icon > Manage Extensions > leftbar Keyboard shortcuts > hyde, hide/show controls, edit icon

The time bar continues appearing.

Worked great for me! Though I do wish it would move the channel watermark back to its standard position once the player controls have been hidden.
