I really enjoy the Otter.ai product. It streamlines my job because I no longer need to take detailed notes. I can also refer back to things easily.

I have been using their app for YEARS! Never know they have a Chrome extension... I guess this is one more way to let the otter take the notes rather than myself hehe.. anyway, it's nice that they are still supporting the web browser because that's super convenient if you want to record directly on your laptop while in a zoom meeting.

I use it a lot when I was a student, and even though I'm not using it as much out of school I still find it fairly useful. Although our workplace doesn't really have a business plan I still use it to record meetings on my laptop. It also has an app version, which is convenient.

Works pretty well even for accented users. Love it!

I use it for my schoolwork. Honestly I feel like most of those transcribers/meeting bots are pretty much the same. I do like their UI and accuracy seems to be a bit better than the competitors.

Now I can choose one of the meeting templates, the smart summaries pull out all the key points, and custom insights automatically and syncs to the CRM automatically. The built‑in AI Chat scans all my transcripts and gives instant answers. And when I’m out and about, the Otter mobile app lets me record and transcribe in‑person meetings on the fly—no laptop required. Seriously, Otter.ai makes capturing, organizing, and sharing every conversation a breeze. Highly recommend!

Scammers! Disrespect for their users! Before taking people's money ask if they plan to use your service!!! You can send thousand emails and none to remind the user that his free trial is about to expire. This is the worst treatment a customer can get! Awful experience!

Péssimo. Só tem em inglês e não se dá ao trabalho de identificar o idioma em que o meet acontece. Como não tenta identificar o idioma, tenta contextualizar a comunicação em inglês e gera um resumo completamente incorreto.

Doesn't work with Chrome. Nothing happens when meeting link is clicked or afterwards. No option to initiate transcription. As a result, I've used ActionPoint.ai for real-time transcription/translation.

Documentation is garbage. Product does not work.
