It worked for a few days, but is broken again. Once you require a certain number of reviews, Amazon removes a lot of items even though they have that number of reviews.

Working again. This is an awesome extension and I've realised that I use it pretty much every time I do an Amazon search so really missed it. Thank you so much for making it!

used to love starmarks, but of course since eeeeeeeeverything has to get a nonsensical update these days, the UI is HORRIBLE. Can't find most of my bookmarks even the ones i JUST ADDED TODAY (12/4). sorting by "date added" doesn't even work anymore; it stops after Nov 30 and is missing MONTHS WORTH for some ridiculous reason. only one or a handful show up when selecting specific tag categories. i never write reviews on things unless i feel particularly disturbed and irritated by it. this is one of those times. i will be switching to a better bookmark manager until this gets fixed.

All work great now! --- The old version was perfect and used to be one of my favorite Chrome extensions. Thank you! I dislike the upgrade, and wish I could have the old version back! I used to search by "tag," clicking on the folders name, and then write the words. That's gone. Sorting by "Added" shows hundreds of unsorted "No title" websites without "Modified" field, all marked with the date of the update, apparently. Sorted by "Modified" works as intended. Additionally, the search functionality matches every single letter in any order, rather than focusing on whole words.

New Update ruined all my bookmarks , AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!!! Edit: Please let me clarify; Starmarks is a great app that saved me after I sorted Bookmarks alphabetically, it brought them back to last added. However this feature is gone now ? Something with Chrome disabled it I think or had to renew Privilege's. After I done this (yesterday) bookmarks since November 20th have been DELETED !! And also my bookmarks have gone back to alphabetical , hence messing everything up :(

Working for me again today (26th November) Not having it for a few weeks really made me realise how invaluable this extension is to me. I even tried writing my own scripts to do what it does, but failed miserably.

Not working on Edge.

Used to be great - however as of 22/10/24, Brave Version 1.71.114 Chromium: 130.0.6723.58 (Official Build) (64-bit) it no longer works. A shame because it was a great extension - I've encountered issues before, and emailed/reached out to the dev, and been ignored, so am not inclined to do so this time. Instead my one star review (and plenty of other recent ones I see), will remain, until it's fixed.

Edit: Unfortunately doesn't work properly anymore, if at all, on amazon.de 🙁 Was: Totally amazing extension that takes the (terrible) Amazon search to a whole new dimension. Hopefully there will be a way to donate for the further development of this extension soon.

Still broken. Will change star rating when fixed. It has been difficult to research the best products without this extension. Just hoping this 1 star rating will get the attention of the developer. I get that developers normally have a day job or other priorities but this has been broken longer than it should. I would be happy to "tip" the developer so there was some encouragement to keep it maintained.

This extension is amazing. It allows you to filter by the number of reviews on a product which allows you to quickly weed out the single and double digit review count stuff. It recently stopped working due to amazon changing their website but im sure an update is coming soon. EDIT: WORKING AGAIN AS USUAL. BEST EXTENSION IF YOU USE AMAZON!

This extension may be my favorite extension of all time, but has recently stopped working as another reviewer pointed out due to a change in Amazon's GUI. Does anybody know whether a fix for this is underway? After using TSA for awhile now, trying to navigate Amazon's options without is it comparatively agonizing.

Was working great til amazon changed their GUI it seems to have broken the extensions capability looking forward to an update soon. Having to use bangyourbuck.com to get around this issue now.

Update: It is still down on Oct 09 2024 (There is an error on line 277, according to Chrome) I have been using this app for awhile and absolutely love it. The only big issue I have is once before the extension would seriously crash my browser/tab and it was unusable. I had to turn it off to use amazon. After a couple of weeks I updated my browser and Macbook and it worked perfectly again. Just today it started crashing my browser/tab again. It has been a long time since it did it last time. I really really hope it is fixed again because this extension is amazing. It's the only extension that crashes my browser and I just turn it off and wait for it to work again.

10-23-2024: Trusty again not working. Orange icon is there but no work. Reinstalled Trusty, then Chrome, with several restarts. Prior's review fix (see my 9-1 note below) not yet working for me. 9-1-2024: did something and Trusty started working; so sorry I didn't write down the fix. May have been the reviewer John Proior, who said "Works only *after* I use the regular Amazon control to filter for 4+ star reviews only. Before using that filter, the TSA interface did not appear." 8-28-2024 Trusty no longer working. (Have not used Trusty the last 2 days.) Clicking the icon does not activate anything. I've started windows once but no change.

By far best extension out there. Was using on Edge. But no longer working? Are there any alternatives? Was a great tool, shame it got disabled. PLEASE FIX for Edge & Chrome.

extension is meh only lets you date bookmarks WITHIN the extension itself, and there is NO possible way to save that setting so that it takes affect within your browser would be much easier to be able to access my specific folder on my bookmark toolbar and have all of the included bookmarks be dated correctly....but for some unknown reason, the creator omitted this and decided to only let you date bookmarks within their extension..... pretty backwards if you ask me

It's definitely filtering the first few items from the list now. I could see the the exact match for my search on the results list pop up for a moment before Trusty kicked in and filtered it out. I clicked "clear filters", verified all were set to 0 (except pages), and those exact match results still wouldn't show up. Finally, I disabled the extension, then those results showed up. Search conducted: HP 4301fdw You should see 2 search results that are exact matches to this multifunction laser printer before seeing any toner cartridge results. With Trusty on and all filters at 0, the first 2 exact matches are hidden and the first results shown are toner cartridges. -@Casey Woolley: I'm not sure what you mean by sorting by "Pages". The options I see in Amazon sorting are Featured, Price: Low to High, Price: High to Low, Avg. Customer Review, Newest Arrivals, and Best Sellers. After enabling the extension the default sort was Featured. I clicked Clear Filters on the extension. I ran the above test again and I picked a couple different sorting options at random then went back to Featured, and now the list looks normal. I disabled the extension, refreshed the page, enabled the extension, and refreshed again. I confirmed that the filters are clear and that the sort is set to Featured just like before. I checked the entire list this time and confirmed that the two HP 4301 printer listings that should be at the top of the list are not on the list at all. They are completely hidden. That means the extension is hiding the featured search results by default. The only way to get the search results to show the two HP 4301 printer listings is to pick a different sorting method, then go back to Featured sort. If the extension is hiding featured items by default, that's a problem, and I doubt that most people would think it's ok to have to mess with the sorting method to get the search results to show normally. When the extension filters are cleared it should show the full list when a search is conducted, not hide certain items until someone messes with the sorting method. Is there any way you can fix this issue so that the search results are normal the first time?

not bad, but why are standard folders excluded. Also, the font is huge, which makes it less efficient, imo; Too much wasted space. The dates could also be more extended instead of just 25. jan

Worked great for awhile. It now causes Amazon search page to flicker and jump all over the place. Does it in both Microsoft Edge and Brave. Turned off until they can fix this.

Great app - well done! Two requests: 1. The capability to save 1, 2, 5, or 10 search results (like a template) for future use. 2. The ability to turn the filter off without zeroing out the search criteria. (ie: an on-off button) I hope you're planning on keeping this updated for the foreseeable future - I consider it essential when trying to find the best deal on Amazon!

Loved it. Only thing I wish to have is ability to export/import data. I've too many things saved now, and it will be very much of a hassle if I loose it.

Loving Trusty for years, missed it while not working, assuming we have Amazon to thank for that. I would love to see one additional thing, a way to sort by lowest price per unit/ounce.

Trusty doesn't work properly. It does filter out things, but it doesn't follow its own settings. So it took things out of my search results that should have stayed in. I felt like this was the case when I searched for relatively common items and only ended up with like 4 search results. So I tested doing the same search with and without Trusty. I wanted products with higher than 4.5 rating, with other sliders zeroed out. It filtered out items that were above 4.5 rating, and I ended up finding the product I needed without Trusty's help. Therefore this product does not successfully do what it says it does, and it does not consistently help me find the things I'm actually looking for.

Not working anymore

Let me start off by saying I LOVE this addon. The default filter sort by price actually alters the results, some just "poof" (look at result count before and after, it's screwy and I'm suprised they are even legally allowed to do this). This addon helps prevent going mad when searching for something that was there a second ago, but gone when sorting. One request - and I know it's kind of a big one, is I'd love a "search within results" capability. Currently I'm just CNTRL-F'ing and searching the results, but the stuff that gets returned isn't always what we ask them for, and it'd be great if I could just have a text field with some AND/OR logic support. I'll give a real world example: I'm searching for a specific CPU. It's AMD branded. I type "AMD CPU" and they spit back like 10,000 Intel results. I did not ask for that, and even if I use the "filter by CPU brand" (provided it's visible on that given screen), it STILL shows Intel CPUs. Having a built in search or filter-to for the results that this addon produces would be incredibly useful for quickly honing in on "what you are actually shopping for". Thanks and I hope to see the addon stick around for a long time!

Doesn't sort at all, let alone by rating count. I tried searching, clicking on a Department, there is no sorting or even a UI to chose how to sort or anything. Makes sense, I think Amazon.com probably disable ability to sort.

Overall, this is a PHENOMENAL tool, it helps so much in narrowing down the choice paradox and finding the item you need much quicker. Thank you so much for putting this together. As of recent, there seems to be a rollout of Amazon changing the way it reviews products. It looks like now there's an avg star rating, followed by the % of 5 star reviews after. Now you don't see the total number of reviews unless you hover over the product. Will this extension be altered to adjust for that? That would be incredibly helpful. Thank you so much!

To Casey Wooley: Have been using your extension for a few years now but just tried recently and although the top-bar is there with Trusty, there are no results after a search and if I try to change any metric (pages, reviews rating etc) the search results on the page empty out. Also tried in Chrome Incognito mode - no joy. Is Amazon blocking your extension?

Overall it's great. However, afaik you can't have it be on-demand – instead it activates whenever you load an Amazon search This is a huge problem when you're just searching for something basic, because you do the search, see what you need, go to click on it – – and by the time your mouse is there, Trusty's removed the results and is loading pages and pages filtering etc. etc. It becomes such a nuisance. It needs to have a button to start the Trusty process, and not activate automatically the second a search loads

I use this tool every day to quickly find product results within the filter constraints. It delivers what it promises. The infinite scrolling tweak is great! Clicking "nn/xxx results" on the right edge effectively toggles the extension!
