I signed up for LeadDelta, but within hours, I realized it wasn’t what I needed. I immediately reached out to cancel, thinking it would be a simple process. Instead, I was met with one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. First, they were dismissive and rude, acting like I was being unreasonable for wanting to cancel on the same day I signed up. They kept deflecting my request instead of just processing it. After my second email, they completely ignored me. No response, no help—just silence. Nowhere on their website does it say that removing LinkedIn connections will take days and days—but of course, you have to pay upfront before you find that out. At that point, it was clear they had no intention of letting me cancel, so I had to dispute the charge with my bank. It’s ridiculous that a company forces customers to go through their bank just to stop a subscription. If a business refuses to process a simple cancellation and treats customers with such disregard, that’s a huge red flag. If you’re considering LeadDelta, think twice. Unless you want to deal with rude, uncooperative support and a company that makes it impossible to cancel, I’d strongly recommend staying away.

I really needed to remove large portion of my connections on LinkedIn. The best solution that helped me to this was lead delta. Managed to do this quickly and effectively and I plan on using some other of it's functionalities as well. Great tool.

The LinkedIn DM box is aweful if you have many conversations going on. LeadDelta solves that perfectly. It also opens up the road to integrations with other tools and automations you might want to have. If you take social selling seriously, this tools needs to be in your tool kit.

LeadDelta is my go-to place for any direct communication on Linkedin. I'm using it daily, saving me a lot of time and effort. When I say a lot, I mean something that took me an hour, not takes me 5 minutes! My favorite feature is tagging, where I can add a tag to each person and later filter them. Also, notes are super important to me. I never forget who the person is, what they care about, and how we know each other. It is a tool I searched for a long time until I found it. I love LeadDelta! LinkedIn is fantastic in so many ways...searching, sorting, and tagging are not among them. I run a few different ventures, and I wear multiple hats. It's important to me to remember how/where/why I met someone. I'm not a salesperson (although I see how LeadDelta would be amazing for that use case...), I just like to connect people to opportunities, and LeadDelta helps me do that. Entirely separately, LeadDelta seems to be run the way I think businesses should be run. Active input from users, super-focused 15-minute demo meet/greet to understand me as a customer and my needs. I made a suggestion for an improvement, and the CEO pinged me within 5 minutes to say that he had added my suggestion to a voteable roadmap for feedback/comment. I love that!

I use LinkedIn daily and Lead Delta has helped me a lot in managing my network. Basically I can't live without it. All of my connections are sorted and the mass unfollow feature has imporved my feed. Since I work in sales through LinkedIn the filters help me find the people I need and through the Inbox feature I never loose important conversations. Reccomend for anyone using LinkedIn be it for sales, marketing, recruiting... Such a great team, always there for their customers and all the new updates just make it better.

Just went through the trial period and so far, so good. Love the ability to easily "un-connect" from contacts that are no longer needed (versus having to click on every profile within LI to accomplish the same thing).

I had a lot of problems organising my network. I use LinkedIn as a "tool" for my network management. I try to get every person I know on LinkedIn and then contact them when I need their expertise. The lack of a way to tag people privately or other ways to comment on my network was a real problem. LeadDelta allows for seamless integration with LinkedIn, without any hiccups or problems! And of course, the ability to add tags and notes and the filter function are total lifesavers.

Top tip guys if you just add everyone and the cat's mom you'll end up killing your SSI score (Linkedin's report card) which will reduce your visibility not increase it. You might be thinking but ... I used to think it was all about numbers of connections but NO it's all about the quality of your connections and how they might interact with each other and possibly you act as the lynch pin. To do that you need to be able to identify connections and organise them so they make sense. That's why Ved and his team built LeadDelta and boy did they hit on something. When you send a message, make a call, make a video or any other form of communication using LeadDelta on Linkedin you have the connection details, a mini bio, links to notes and you can group all connections based on any criteria that works for you. Those phony automated replies don't work because you pretty quickly are found out. But when you speak to a related group with a relevant message then "Boo Yah" those connections start talking and it's a whole different ball game. When you can immediately find all your CEO’s in Health Care or all your Restaurant owners and get in touch with them in minutes because you just got wind of some amazing breaking news and with their profile details in front of you one after the other (or even a small group) you start to see Linkedin in a whole different light . LeadDelta is like the tool you never knew you needed (or even knew existed) but thought I wonder why Sales Navigator doesn’t do this or why Linkedin doesn’t do that that’s what LeadDelta thought. That is why they are moving at pace to rectify this situation and put you in control of the most powerful business platform in the world. Without the risk of the ban hammer coming down killing your valuable database in a second. LeadDelta is the tool every serious business owner (not just marketers) needs on Linkedin. I bought a lifetime membership for barely anything and if you saw even in the short time how I have been using it you’d be amazed it’s so easy to use but it’s incredibly powerful. On top of that they are adding new features with speed every month (actually it seems like every week) you’d be stunned. Not sure if the lifetime deal is still going but if it is grab it NOW It will literally change your entire experience using Linkedin and for far less than you’d ever imagine. Even if you have to pay the full annual subscription or monthly option if you are serious about Linkedin you need this tool.
