It seems that the 'bug' referred to by the developer in earlier reviews has still not been addressed. I wanted to at least trial the service before buying but I am also presented with a message saying I have used up my 'five searches' - to be clear I had done NO searches at that time. Not sure I can be bothered contacting the developer as it seems plenty of people have done so previously and it remains broken.

First time I tried it I was told that all of my free searches had been used. Removed.

Useful information shown, its been put together very well so it makes it easy to navigate and find the informaiton instantly when looking for what you need.

I added to Chrome. Does not work for Rightmove website. Is there something I have done wrong???

Propbar has helped me get information I wasn’t aware I was able to get before, just bought my new house, and I moved to an unfamiliar location so getting to know information like the crime & demographics has helped me

Only 5 free views a month. Log in never started working anyway even though I made an account on their site and answered all their questions. I use the other free extension which has worked well for years also their site has spelling mistakes so I'm not sure how professional the company is e.g. "loging in"

Extension doesn't work. Only 5 properties allowed for free. Great for agents who only have 5 properties to list! So its not FREE isn't it?? Also, the properties they have appearing FOR SALE, 90% are already SOLD on the source website! What is the point!?

I was on a rental property hunt for the better half of two months and this extension has been more than useful. The comparables tab has a list of nearby rental properties that helped someone with no previous rental experience like me to get a feel of the prices and it makes price negotiation a little bit easier; the demographics tab gives an analysis of the type of properties and the kind of people living nearby, and helps in grasping a sense of what the community is like. My most most used tab is the crime tab, as I wanted to find a safe community for both me and my mother to live in, and this extension is more than useful in giving me the stats of what happens nearby, including the amount and the types of crimes of up to a year. It's a one stop shop for most of what you would want to find out about a property and its nearby community, and is a must-use for someone who wants to skip the hassle of trying to find all this information scattered all across the internet.

Great insights into properties, aggregating data in a sensible way. Issue I had with it is viewing the same property twice used up 2 of my 5 free views as part of the free plan, I would have expected this to have only used one!

Wish it was available when we bought our first house as we didn't get this level of information until after we had an offer accepted and instructed solicitors to complete searches (which took months!) A friend recommended this tool to me and I'm so glad I downloaded it, it has saved me loads of time and has given me some really helpful information about both the property and the general area of the properties I was interested in. The summary has some really useful info on transport, doctors surgeries, schools etc. The demographics tab I found fascinating! It's really quick and easy to use, it just pops up as soon as you open the property page! I would recommend anyone that was buying or renting a property to use this tool.
