This extension isn't even referenced by Adobe's official documentation. It still recommends the old one: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/target/using/experiences/vec/troubleshoot-composer/vec-helper-browser-extension Luckily that doesn't matter as this extension - in conjuction with the new AT frontend - will only work about 50% of the time. Also, WHY do I need an extension just to edit some HTML? Get with the times. Please.

As of 6/20/2025 this is working for me since I'm seeing the new Adobe Target UI layout setup. I'm not sure if all accounts have been moved over to that or not but with this change it worked right away for me.

This doesn't work for me - it prompts me to login and then opens and rapidly closes a separate window to login. I'm already logged in in the browser.

Sign In functionality seems not to work any longer? While it's still possible to paste dev library manually in the launch configuration, I cannot choose via drop down because sign in constantly fails.

I wish it worked well! It seems like a great tool for artists but when I click on the extension it just loads forever.

While it does serve a purpose the extension has become very unreliable. It constantly fails to recognize active scripts, loses connection to active websites and every now and then it simply forbids me to access the "Sign in" page. The UI leaves much to be desired. The most common actions require an unnecessary amount of mouse clicks, UI elements are generally too large and the way data is presented makes me feel like the extension was developed with the main purpose of torturing the user. In recent months it has also started spitting out a console error on every single page load. Leaving such a glaring annoyance untouched for so long really shows how much maintenance goes into this product.

The plugin currently feels incomplete. Once a project is added, there's no clear way to change or remove it, which significantly limits usability. While the documentation states that multiple projects are supported, there’s no guidance or examples on how to actually configure or manage them within the plugin. At this point, the plugin could benefit from further development and refinement to meet real-world use cases more reliably.

Most of the time it doesn't work. I have to constantly click between "Targetting" and "Experiences" to try and get the VEC to load. The old plugin "Adobe Target VEC Helper" was good but Chrome doesn't allow it to work anymore due to "This extension is no longer available because it doesn't follow best practices for Chrome extensions." unfortunately :(

Katastrophe... ich muss ständig warten, bis irgendwann die Seite geladen ist, damit ich "Dieses Dokument drucken" anklicken kann. Bis dahin werden meine deutschen Rechnungen immer ins deutsche übersetzt (finde den Fehler). Schnelles Drucken funktioniert schon lange nicht mehr. Kein Druckersymbol bei verkleinerter Anzeige, nur 3 Pünktchen.
