Did not transcribe videos

It's a scam service. I subscribed and never received the service. I've been emailing support and the company's personal email for a whole month, but haven't received a single response.

Doesn't work

It happened very slowly: but all my searches came up empty. "This video xxx cannot be found or has no subtitles." - No matter what language, no matter how long, no matter whether I click on “get transcript,” use the Chrome extension, or enter the link on my PC. So I got rid of it and started using MindStudio right away.

Não funciona e debita d a conta. Não tem opção de cancelar. porem descobri que conseguimos escluir dados do cartão. espero que deu certo. E para de dar dinheiro a essa plataforma

SCAM - don't bother

Toda vez que clico em "Obter transcrição", é aberto a página YTScribe, mas não consigo obter a transcrição. Sou assinante e sempre é essa luta. Porque ocorre isso? Qual a maneira correta de obter uma transcrição de um vídeo do YT?

Péssimo

I subcribed for the annual subcription. First you did not acknowledge my payment and then you proceeded to charge me 3times at the same time.I have written to you and there is no online help either.

Impossível usar. Impossível obter suporte. Simplesmente horrível. Não tem suporte. Fiz a compra, veio como compra triplicada na fatura, não objetive acesso. Não teve como cancelar.

No começo era muito bom, mas de repente começou falhar. Já baixei todas as extensões e só funciona quando quer. Infelizmente porque estava me ajudando muito em meus trabalhos de transcrição.

I wish there was a -1 star option available!!!!!! Absolute garbage! Click bating users, no account details, no option to delete your account! Either you pay what they ask for or you get nothing at all! They basically check for subtitles (even auto-generated), pull those form youtube! And that is what the user pays for!!!

I used them last year, they were fine but now they are charging me without giving access to the membership benefits.... and they are charging me twice each month thus make your own conclusion.

Google precisa multar essa empresa fui literalmente roubado em mais de R$ 300,00 reais no modo de pagamento não te informa se tem certeza de finalizar o pagamento. Estou tentando contado com suporte para cancelar e não consigo o ressarcimento do valor. Fora que o programa não funciona. Alguma alma caridosa me ajuda. Isso não pode acontecer. Lamentável.
