While it does download most reviews for a marketplace, the CSV format cannot be loaded in Excel. The reason is that the field data is not consequently enclosed in " and the field separators are commas, which are obviously also used in reviews. So if you try to import this anywhere, the result is a complete gobble-up. as soon as the developer fixes these obvious bugs, I will update my review.

Perfect, except max number of reviews is limited to 100, which is not a flaw regarding it's free.

Does it's job. Unlike other plugins, it does not charge you for downloading all reviews (so far). I got annoyed by other company tools as they would only download few pages of reviews and ask me to pay for premium to download all.
