Does not detect the correct parameter imputs... Simply does not work

This tool is super-helpful! Initially, I was looking at similar commercial tools, until I realised there must be some open-source equivalents. And here we go! A totally free tool that is as good as other commercially available plugins! Fantastic job, guys!

Good effort but doesn't appear to be working (even on 1.2.3 pulled from branch) . never seen a report complete. stuck in the middle of iterations as some params combination make script fail with orders can't complete error that breaks optimizer I think. Missing important features like total number of iterations required or easier way to select params in free PineTune. Might revisit later. However in general optimizers appear not worth the hassle as its too slow. Its easier to do optimization manually in most cases

works great but TradingView updated their platform and now OptiPie no longer works at all. I hope it gets updated soon

Great app when it works. It stopped working this morning.

It does not work like before. After optimizing params, it does not show the report in the reports section anymore. It has become worse with new updates.

Can it be accelerated? It feels so slow, it takes 4-5 hours to work at a time

It works really badly unfortunately. But I found another solution called the TradingView Input Optimizer which I have been using since.

It works bad. It doesn't respect the step, nor the start

Random bugs may occur; sometimes clicking the optimize button doesn't prompt any response on the page

It would be useful to have also boolean parameter.

Nice idea, but it ignores the step size and only sometimes kind of follows the start and end ranges, and frequently behaves erratically in other ways. There is no pause or cancel button, you just have to refresh the page if you want to stop it. And if you do interrupt it then it doesn't report anything. It's bizarre. It successfully does the hard part of manipulating the parameters in TradingView but it can follow the simple instructions it is given.

This is the coolest thing I have come across in this year! It ensures you have the best possible parameters for your Tradingview strategy. What a time saver! The developers are super helpful too and actually will answer your emails (they care). I love the report feature and how quickly it crunches the different settings. I trade the same 68 equities and I have not only found the best SL and TP, but also the correct time frame for each ETF I trade. Thanks guys, this will truly give the retailer traders an edge :)

Paid apps can't even come close to this one about optimizing! Great work!

Its just perfect.This tool saved me from buying paid apps for optimization, great open source tool.

It almost became my compass while doing technical analysis on TradingView. It's great that such an extension is free. I plan to support the developer as I earn money from trades.
