Getting me by right now, but there are a plethora of apps like this so if it doesn't improve I will be switching. Current issues: - Won't save pinned tabs to collections (previously did, but stopped working.) - Creates duplicates of tab groups that already exist (creates extra steps for something that is supposed to save me time.)

Environment: - Chrome (PC) - Tabox 4.0 Issue: ▶ When opening a collection via the button, it is added to the existing collection tabs instead of replacing them with collection-specific tabs. Expected behaviour: Only the tab for the selected collection should open. This renders collection switching unusable.

New Version is buggy as hell, wont open any tab, just switches to some random chrome window... play button is way too small, I dont need "inline" editing of groups, new design is TOO BIG, too much wasted space... need to DOWNGRADE ASAP or extension will be removed soon.

Tabox is unresponsive, you now have to click a tiny play button that doesn't always work to open a collection, reorder does not save (it reverts back) and you now have multiple steps to update a collection, clicking on a collection now expands into a tiny unusable area - I am so sorry to have to leave a bad review as software dev is hard and opinionated but this one of the worst updates I have ever seen to a previously fantastic extension! Maybe bring back the old version?

Was my favorite extension until the last update who make me lost all my tabs collection... You had a version that was perfect in terms of usability, ergonomics, and fully functional, which you completely broke just to add a purely aesthetic design that adds nothing and complicates everything else! Bravo, it's a masterclass in everything you shouldn't do in interface design. I see that I am far from being the only one who shares this opinion. Could you please restore the previous version, or at least give users the choice?

By far the best extension for organizing your chrome tabs. It was removed from chrome but I had it synced with my profile now it's back with a new ui which is thick makes things a bit complicated.

Version 4 is unusable, way too much functionality within one tiny window, impossible to find anything. Rollback to the previous version please.

After the recent update, collections can only open once per session. After that, it wouldn't respond to opening again in that window or a new one, eventhough the Tabox settings is "if tab already existing, open it anyway".

Edit to the edit: Top-notch response to my issue with opening tabs in their own window (you still can, but the toolbar makes it look like there's just one option until you hover over it). Only dinging a star bc the UI is less clear than in prior versions.

Worked well until the last update now when opening a collection it always forgets to group a tab group.

lol. how do you open collections now????? EDIT: OK, so why does the main Tabox window have to have scroll bars? It doesn't matter what resolution or DPI setting you make in Windows, you HAVE to have scroll bars. Make the search bar a little narrower please? It is the only element that appears to dictate this weird choice of not resizing the window automatically. It's bad enough that I have to scroll so much to awkwardly try to interact with my collections considering the main control bar is taking up so much space floating in the middle of the available space for some reason. Top or bottom would be more efficient than smack dab in the middle.

Best extension ever! You can save and name tabs *and* tab groups and synchronise them via Google Drive. Insanely useful and cool, I just love it.

Helpful - but my laptop fan goes on every time I use ? Weird - every time I run it, my laptop fan turns on and stays on. Never regularly runs. I don't know if related, or code inefficient or what. Annoying

Auf den ersten Blick, dass was ich suche für Brave. Doch hat es, obwohl der Browser nichts leistet, ständige hohe CPU-Werte, die sich in Braves Taskmanager dieser Extension zuordnen. Also wer mit Akku unterwegs ist oder CPU-Leistung auch anders braucht, zweimal überlegen.

Love the ease of tab group saving, recall and sync. UI is easy to understand and provides a clear history of my saved tab groups for future recall. Thank you!!!

セッション管理系アドオンの中で一番使いやすい。タブグループ込みでウィンドウのタブ構成に名前を付けて保存でき、必要に応じて簡単に呼び出せる。一度保存したセッションの編集（タブの追加・削除）も簡単。セッションの保存が気楽にできるおかげで、タブいっぱいのウィンドウも気兼ねなく閉じられる。 少し気になる点は、セッションの管理ダイアログを開いたままにしておくと CPU使用率が上がったままになるので、使い終わったらさっさと閉じないといけないことかな。

Much worse than tab sync built into Google Chrome. Just use it if you need to sync between different kinds of browsers; for me its Google Chrome Desktop and Kiwi browser on Android. Issues: - It's not well explained what "update" does: it tries to update the collection with tabs of the _current_ window. So only click on update on the tabox installation for the collection on the client you want to send your tabs from, don't for collections where you receive them else it will be overwritten with the current window. (This is why you should never activate "auto-update" because it is very unclear what it will update from where.) - It does not sync a collection created in Google Chrome on Windows 10; it will even auto-delete it after some minutes! - In Kiwi browser, update/"add all open tabs" will just include recently accessed tabs, but not all of them. If you are logged out and a click on "Signin" shows nothing, reinstalling the extension makes authentication working again. - On Windows Google Chrome, the popup opening when clicking on "settings" is flickering and I cannot change any settings theren

A wonderful and useful app - until all my collections were deleted unwittingly. Apparently if you create a new collection on one device while still being signed in in another, it deletes all the collections you had synced on the other device? Who knows what ultimately happened. For me, I lost dozens of specialized collections, just gone and vanished. Will never trust this app again and advise you not to.

This is awesome. I recently found a bug, when used in multiple browser, sometimes it overwrites on backup done from another browser, and suddenly all my saved tabs on that browser is gone/ written over. Please fix this.

With the correct settings, it works exactly like I want it to, which is: * No autoupdate collections * Opens them in a new window * Handles both pinned and unpinned tabs. * Ignores Chrome's hopeless tab collections. What I'd like it to do on top of this is: * separately, automatically take snapshots of open windows and allow state restoration to a point in time (Session Buddy does this wellish)

It's not clear that Tabox works with Google Chrome's Group feature. Where are the "Collections" saved? Is there a way to place Chrome's Groups anywhere in the bookmark tree structure? Is there an external API to access Tabox "Collections" or Google Chrome Groups and any bookmark store? Was leaving out Chrome's Groups & bookmarks a way to avoid competing extensions? Who is doing your marketing?

This looks pretty cool, but I have some questions: -- I can't seem to find a way to remove duplicates, which my Chrome Tab manager is riddled with. Is there any way to do this other than on a one by one basis? -- Can I export a csv of all of my tab groups? -- Part of me is wary about using Tabox over other tab managers because the site (tabox.co) is no longer viable. ("Is this your domain? Connect it to your Wix website in just a few easy steps...") Does the site no longer exist? If so, how do you submit support tickets? -- Lastly, how do I share tab groups?? It's not obvious or accessible...

Best session manager with group function but 1. I suggest to make some change: When I click one collection, expend it instead of restore it. And Make the "expend" button into "restore" 2. Why there is a so big "restore session " button at the bottom ? Is it useless ? 3. We need a local backup function

Very nice extension that does the job. I would like an option to save all opened windows though. Right now if I have 2 windows with multiple tabs / tab groups in each of them, it will only save the tabs from the current active window. If I want to save all of my tabs accross my windows (for example before restarting so I can open them all again after that) I have to go in each window and save..

I love you guys! This is something I have been searching so long and I love it! It is such a relief I do not have to manually open all the bookmarked pages one by one nor leave my browser a kilometr long all the time... I think it will influence my workflow in a significant way. Thank you so much!

Wow, this was exactly what I was looking for. I use a ton of tabs (400+ at a time, i know, I'm a junkie) and this is a huge time and life saver. Got a new PC, and this sync'd everything for me in about 3 clicks. Thank you for sharing this amazing utility!
