I rate your overnight delivery service one star only because there is nothing lower.
I paid 35.00 to have an envelope delivered overnight, which wouldl have been this past Wednesday. It was delivered on Thursday. When I attemptted to use your tracking system I was led on a wild goose chase down a rabbit hole.
I will never use your service again.

no stars. I want to check on the whereabouts of two packages I sent via UPS.
when I put the tracking number in the proper space, I got a message stating that my package tracking was successful, but I needed to install an 'extension' for Chrome. I did install an extension but that did not get me anything remotely related to UPS tracking. seems like a fraudulent site.

Tracking number: 9400 1081 0546 3684 5738 37. You claimed that the item was delivered on 5/19/2025 @ 4:19 pm. However it was not found, not received. The sender omitted my apartment number '604' Full address is 619 S. Carlin Springs Rd. Apt 604, Arlington, VA 22204. There are over 300 units in this apartment complex and it is very difficult or impossible without the apartment number. I appreciate USPS service and hope this issue will be resolved very fast.
