I am unable to take test on the Neocolab Platform. It is showing that I am using incognito mode and to install NeoExamShield but I am not using incognito and am using Google Chrome browser. I have also enabled and installed and even re-installed the 'NeoExamShield' extension and even the app NeoExam Checker and I have also ended the task 'edge.exe'. I have also restarted my computer but it is still showing the same prompt from 4-5 days.
