Seems to be working, it hides channels and blocks some videos. When i tested it you can access there channel if you search for them but it will redirect you if you click there videos and it will say the channels blocked. It should be looked at but it seems okay. The handle doesn't seem to work properly. I have to place the old channel ID in and it does work. So The handle is messed up but you can use the old channel ID and it will work. So please update this so handle can be fixed.

Would be awesome but can't add any channels, I tried both names and ID, even adding the ID from the tutorial doesn't work, the input bar just shakes like the channel doesn't exists and the channel isn't blocked/whitelisted. Will change my review if it will get fixed, if I find out.

This was working well but now when I put in a new id/handle to block the field just vibrates for a minute and the new id/handle is not added to the the block list. Thank you.

Works well with hiding what you don't want to see. However, it also hides other things that you actually want to. Currently, I'm unable to view my playlists and my clips even though I did not include it in the things to hide whatsover. Even when I temporarily disable the settings, I'm unable to view my playlists and my clips even though I can see blocked channels.

Oh my gosh. You just don't know. You have saved my life. I'm the mom of a special needs adult, aggressive male who has OCD....really BAD OCD and Autism. When he can't get what he wants, he will play these video clips that are using very foul language and will play them over and over again, just to push my buttons! I couldn't stop it! Its been going on for years and driving this Christian mom of 70, out of her mind. So thank you. This extension is working. There should now be peace in this household. I can live out my years without fighting with him. If his behavior didn't stop, I was gonna have to put him in a group home. I don't WANT to, but the way it was going, he was gonna send ME to the hospital! Then what! Its just him and I. But I digress....

Hi, great extension that I use for more than a year now, really love it!🥰 However, can you add a feature to schedule when the extension would be on/off? At certain times of a day I would like to access these blocked channels but I don't wanna do it manually every time (I actually prefer not to touch extension settings at all and I try to make it as hard as I can to access the extension, otherwise I would turn it off subconsciously) Thanks in advance and thanks for understanding!

Ive tried a few whitelisting extentions and this one is the only one that works, and it works great. Very simple. Great product. Asian power!

Extension doesn't work: on first install I could see the block button on a channel's page, but clicking on it did nothing. disabled and re-enabled and now the button doesn't appear (but the cursor changes when you mouse over that location). Checking the console, it's in a tight loop printing out the channel name. Running on chrome latest on a mac m2.

Really the greatest extension I ever found, but there is a small issue, I cannot see any YouTube video on the channel page, which is in the whitelist. I mean, If I open up the channel home page to watch videos from it, no videos are displayed, even though it's in the whitelist. I really require this video as I access my YouTube channels for educational content and the lectures are not sorted out in YouTube home or search. Thank you so much for making a great extension! I like the app. I don't like the unnecessary password. That's just a waste of time. However, main gripe is, it won't load block lists. It blocked 28 ONLY. Are you serious ? You need 280,000 not a measly 28. App has now become a total waste of my time. Why is this so limited ? This seems beyond ridiculous.

This extension is absolutely amazing It allows me to block all YouTube channels, but only allow videos from a select few channels This has been amazing for my productivity because now I can only use YouTube for my educational/productivity videos

It was exactly what i needed to block annoying channels but sadly it won't let me block more than 28 channels - no idea why. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.

this addon is not working for my chrome browser can you please look into this issue the issue is that it will not hide blocked videos from my search results or shorts from my list like what your app is suppose to do.

This extension has great potential with some improvements. It is it has a simple functionality but that's exactly what I need, for example other, more popular extensions seem to lack whitelisting which this one has. Few notes: - It doesn't work on the youtube mobile site. Thus you can easily bypass the extension just by navigating to http://m.youtube.com/?persist_app=1&app=m even if you're on desktop. And of course it doesn't work at all in a mobile browser which otherwise can run the extension. Suggestion: make the extension compatible with the mobile site as well. - It was a bit confusing to me what the "channel name" meant that you can enter manually to black/whitelist a channel. It is the actual text name of the channel not the ID in the URL. I would suggest clarifying that in your help text with an example. - It would be nice to be able to add channel ids manually, not just with the button on the channel page. This is because the button doesn't work in the Kiwi browser (in itself that's not a big deal, that's a niche case).

This is the finest distracting youtube channel blocker extension I've tried yet ,and I will never leave it . I have whitelisted only 2 educational channels on youtube , and hence all others channels are blocked . Its so benefiting !!! I loved it :)
