"add block button to channel"....NO block button "blocks channels on youtube" .... No, no it does not. I am removing this, it's useless. I want to block entire channels with one click, and that extension does not exist.

Wasn't as good as Blocktube when it worked (still took up space where the video would've been, red x was way too small risking clicking on some garbage) and now it doesn't work at all. There is no red x and none of the filters are working. At least Unhook still works so I can remove the irrelevant "recommendations" sidebar entirely, and Unhook can redirect me to the subscriptions page when I click on the YT icon in the top left.

This extension is working slightly. idk what happened to the red X button moving from home page, Its now showing on the persons channel no longer on home page so idk if this is working since i don't see the overlay much. The comments get blocked sometimes. I used to use blocktube which is abandoned then i chose this one and it was working good but as of 30th August its been okay not the best. The latest update happened on 27th. I know this extension isn't abandoned so i hope everything gets sorted so it can run smooth

This was a great extension...when it still worked. As of a few days ago it is no longer functioning, and there haven't been updates from the developer as to whether it will ever be fixed.

in the current development stage of this extension, i'm not really happy with it (with chrome browser). the previous extension that i used named "BlockTube", was at least able to hide also blocked channels along with the content from the previews, but YTblock does not! When i want to hide something, then i want it vanished from the preview thumbnails as well. period!

It has finally stopped working completely. Channel Blocker and BlockTube are no longer functioning, and YTBlock, the last stronghold, has finally fallen. It's a shame.

No longer works. Videos & channels with words I've muted are no longer getting blocked from my feed.

En cambio, esta extensión sí lo resuelve todo: permite bloquear palabras, canales y comentarios. Antes, cuando bloqueaba un video, quedaba un espacio en blanco, pero ahora ya lo corrigieron. ¿Se podrá hacer una aplicación que haga lo mismo, pero en el celular?

Recently, when you hide Overlays, YouTube started showing all the channels you specified in the list in the related videos on the video viewing page. This is very unfortunate. Review update 8/26 With the update, the channels specified in the list are now properly hidden. Thanks for fixing this! This is the best add-on.

En español por favor. Funciona la extensión, pero no activen “Case sensitive” a menos que quieran que la palabra coincida exactamente (por ejemplo: pERRITO, PERRO, Usted, etc.). Si desactivan “Case sensitive”, la extensión detectará la palabra sin importar si está en minúsculas o mayúsculas (usted, Usted, USTED, uSTEd). Espero que así les quede funcionando correctamente. ✅

i needed to block certain youtube channels but so far i havent seen any success. when i type their name in the search bar, it keep coming up again. please fix this.

If you're looking to blacklist certain content on YouTube, then this is the perfect extension. It allows you to block pretty much anything on YouTube. It's even customizable. It works, it's easy to set up, it's very useful, and it's simple. I highly recommend this one.

youtubeの仕様が変わったのかは定かではないが、YTBlockがONになっていても一度OFFにして再度ONにしないと効かなくなった。 自動再生等でもこの仕様なので、ブロックしたチャンネルの動画が普通に再生されて困ってる。

Very good extension only it's not blocking those bot channels in the comments section. It blocks them for a minute or so but they just pop back up. I'd like them blocked for good please, then it gets a five star and I'll update my review

Отличное расширение огромный респект автору ! Но есть нюанс, начал пользоваться в начале лета и всё было супер. В день блокировалось по 11000 видео на главной странице и всё было прекрасно, пока не обновил браузер. С обновлением появились проблемы. Они выражаться с появлением видео с заблокированных каналов, а так же появились пробелы (пустые ячейки между иконками видео). И мелочь, но на главной странице под каждым видеороликом в опциях пропала возможность блокировать контент. Если открываешь видео то всё ок ) Автор поддерживает обновление этого расширения для новых браузеров ?

So far, this extension has been amazing. Works like a charm. That being said, I believe there's been some kind of update with YouTube and the options for blocking specific videos or channels, that is the ones added in the 3 dots for every video in Youtube, are gone. The extension still works but it has become fairly tedious to use it since you have to go into the site of the extension and manually write in the channels you want to block. I hope this can be fixed, soon.

This does exactly what I was hoping for. I wanted a way to block channels that were clearly AI slop from my search results, and this extension worked perfectly for that purpose. It required a few extra steps to enable this feature, but the instructions were provided were very clear and easy to follow with pictures of each step. It took me less than five minutes to set up and the end results were worth it.

Este realmente funciona, procurei por dias uma extensão que bloqueasse vídeos só para membros, só esta conseguiu.

Absolutely brilliant and perfectly customizable. 5/5 stars. An option to skip past individual videos (not in playlist) that has been blocked and autoplay the next would be appreciated.

Die Erweiterung scheint, im Moment zumindest, nicht mehr zu funktionieren. Alle geblockten Kanäle sind wieder sichtbar. Wenn man die Kanäle erneut in die Blockliste einträgt / einfügt, hält das nur bis zum neu laden der Seite. Trotz vorhandener Eintragung ist der Kanal dann wieder da / sichtbar. So macht diese Erweiterung keinen Sinn.

Perfect Extension. The one I used to have I had almost 100 channels blocked but that extension hasn't been updated and now they reappeared. after using this extension, it works but it does have just 1 issue the people you block reappear and then few minutes to few hours they get blocked again, It's getting annoying. This extension needs to be checked to make sure it's up to date. I'll keep my rating a 5 since it works.
