Pretty standard free to use text to speech browser extension. It also really helps that you can use United Kingdom speech to get clear and concise audio for your text. May consider chipping in some money towards the project if all the bugs are worked out. The bug I've noticed is that the different Uk english voice has trouble working after my computer wakes up from hibernating.

Can the developer modify this extension so it BLOCKS all HTML5 autoplay? This is more crucial and needed than manually blocking them.

It's kinda of perfect but there is no option to customise the keyboard shortcut in Brave. A custom shortcut to toggle fullscreen mode will make it great.

Perfect this is working for Disney+Hotstar Web Application. Awesome Man!! Glad i found this extension after trying 5-10 other extension. Hopefully this will be used by many other Chrome Users.

Like many say it is slow and should have a speed control but it is fine for me since I can't read fast anyways but I would like to change the voice and also the highlighting text function failed soon after it began.

I have 2 problems with this addon, which makes me don't want to use it: - no way to change the default keyboard shortcut in Brave, the options page does not include this setting - switching back from fullscreen mode using just the keyboard can be only done by hitting the Escape button, the keyboard shortcut does not exits it. It should work like the F11 button, which toggles the fullscreen mode.

Does the job, and looks great. Very straightforward to use. One of the 1-star reviews complained that the top settings bar occupies too much space, but the intention is clearly that you choose your settings for the viewer, and then hit the triangle on the right to minimize the settings bar. It works well if you take a moment to understand the interface.

Thank you very much for this! One tiny thing I'd ask for is if the screenshot could automatically source the background color of the element's page it's taking the screenshot from. Say I'm taking a screenshot of an icon on a page. The icon itself is a transparent PNG and the page is grey. It would be great if the add-on was able to source the bg color as well. Otherwise, this is a perfect thing for those who admire FF's screenshot tool and want the same functionality in Chrome!

Breaks page functions providing more burden than help.

This interferes with changing the text styles in Gmail in th Edge browser. When I'm typing a Gmail reply and highlight some text to change it to italic or bold or anything, the highlight becomes un-highlighted and no style change happens. Had to remove it to solve the problem.
