This app is fantastic for giving real time feedback to students. I use it with student working on Google slides and am able to provide fast descriptive feedback.

I love using this extension! It's super helpful for communicating feedback to students (and especially for students with accommodations who are emerging readers and writers). It's a fantastic extension that seamlessly integrates with Google (Google Docs, Google Classroom, email, etc.).

Easy to use and efficient, it has made the grading of writing a much more streamlined task for me. Students prefer the audio comments as well. Thank you for all of the help!

Best Tool

I ABSOLUTELY love Beep! I use it nearly every time I email honestly. With ADHD, it's a total godsend for me as I use voice AI for most things that I do on a laptop already. I recommend this extension to EVERYONE!

Easy to use. I used Beep to add voice recordings to a Goggle Form Test. Some recordings were a little distorted for the first word, but were easily fixed by rerecording.

The only thing that would make Beep more awesome is transcription of recordings (and maybe it does that and I just haven't found it yet)

This tool works great! I've been using it to give audio feedback to my students on their essay drafts, and it's just so quick and easy to use with how it integrates into Google Docs.

I recommend using this service. Ease of sending audio messages via links that can be accessed across many mediums and devices.

Amazing program for my Spanish class. I spent an entire day last week dictating to 4 classes, my throat was so sore it took several days to heal. I found Beep, now I record my dictations and simply play them from my google slides. I love it The sound quality is crystal clear and it is super easy to use.

Beep has worked wonders in the classroom, especially for struggling readers. It also great to recording directions on assignments.

Beep is saving me hours of typing to communicate with everyone from friends to clients! I also love the Google Docs plug-in...It's allowing me to really put a personal touch on so much of my communication and collaboration.

Couldn't get it to work in Google Classroom. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Worked great with email.

Too short of messages for my grand designs..but very useful none the less! Short time quickies are usually not long enough to convey important topics or make important impressions...but are still quite handy when in a hurry...and when you would much rather talk than type= like me always!

A fantastic simple Chrome addon for recoding notes. We have started to use this for our exam concessions in Google Classroom for our students in Grade 6 and Grade 7.

I use this every day in my corresopndences. It's so much faster to get your thoughts across than writing everything down adn finding all of the right words. Plus, it allows you to capture tone and emotion in ways that are so tricky with writing. This is the best extension in the chrome web store, in my opinion.

As an English teacher that uses Google Class for drafts, this extension has been a game changer! I can leave more nuanced, complex, verbal feedback for sections of the draft, that would be harder to communicate in text alone. It has integrated into the Google Class interface smoothly, and is so easy to use.

I really like this; it’s very useful for my job. Mostly, I follow my tasks on the sheet like that. I want to say one thing: when someone sends a voice note like this, I don’t have to repeatedly call and explain things. This is very useful for the sheet. There’s a small issue—not exactly a mistake—when I go to a tab in the sheet and insert the link, if I’ve done it with my email ID, I can preview the audio because I have that option. But now, if I share the sheet link, the people I share it with open it with their own email IDs. They only get preview access for the link, meaning they have to copy and paste the link into another tab and open it separately to listen. It would be better if they could preview the audio directly by clicking on it within the sheet itself. That’s my only suggestion.
