For a demo version, downloading 50 messages is a joke. Personally, I have no clue how costly for the developer this addon is to build, but it has little value for me as I can't even see if it can do the task I need it for before paying for license, 18 USD for what? I am not able to test what your service is capable of. However, 50 messages are somewhat readable through csv format. I can recommend switching to xls format for the sake of convenience upon saving the file. Many users have little knowledge of these hurdles.

Silly price. Low low low performance - takes forever to update chats that are longer than a few messages. Impossible if you have a lot of conversations, the refresh time goes through the roof, and it IS NOT connection speed/hardware related (powerful workstation with 1Gbps Connection).
