Great plugin. The only plugin that can download protected streams.

Very convenient if you want to relocate or modify the name or url of the bookmark after adding it, because it keeps the Bookmark Manager window open, unlike the default behavior if you just drag the url to a folder on the bookmark toolbar. Just wish there were an option to create a new folder as a new bookmark is being added, say under the Tools menu or the right-click context menu. Another desirable feature would be to automatically focus on the (first) bookmark that corresponds to the current tab (if it is bookmarked already), and expand the folder containing this bookmark, when the bookmark manager is opened upon pressing the icon on the toolbar. Maybe, there should be an option to turn on/off this feature.

Looks good but no apparent way to select which subtitles to load when they are included with the mkv file.

Essentially a must have media player for any Chromebook, does the equivalent of VLC on Windows, easy to add subtitles etc. I've made this my default player. Can't fault it.

It's fine if all you want to do is search for a bookmark and open it. But since the built-in bookmark manage now lacks basic functionality, I wanted to search a certain bookmark folder in order to move the matching bookmarks to another folder. It doesn't look like this extension can help with that.

Funciona muy bien. Hace ya tiempo compré un chromecast, y no había conseguido un complemento o aplicación que reprodujera las películas descargadas en mi PC, con todo y sus subtítulos. La única pega, es que no se apaga la pantalla del PC, pero eso ya excedería los límites de una extensión del navegador. Alternativamente, se puede emitir archivos descargados en un dispositivo android con una app llamada web video caster, la cual también permite agregar los subtítulos descargados. En fin, dos piezas de software muy eficientes y absolutamente necesarias.

crashes the system with infinite messages, opens an infinite number of pages with the message: "One more step:: ...." I had to uninstall chrome, manually wipe everything to get rid of this extension, I have captured images of how it crashes the system. Please remove this from google web store

Does not respond to HLS or m3u8 streams which IDM and other downloaders, even simple extensions do without any hassle. The interface is intolerably ugggly, the software itself comes bundled with malware. Despite all this they have the audacity to ask for donations when uninstalling! This useless junk shouldn't even exist for the sake of humanity!

Writing a review for an extension for the first time because it solved my problem!! Had problems with playing local videos in full-screen using media players (like vlc, and the default media player) in my linux system (maybe it has something to do with nvidia rtx series graphics card). Whole screen used to glitch when in full screen. But youtube videos, and streaming websites used to work perfectly fine. Got his extension and now i can watch local videos, even with subtitles in my browser, without the screen glitching. And the playback is super smooth. Thanks a lot!!

Works great for audio. Keeps a list of all media that is loaded by the site which can be filtered by type. Just click download after all the items you want are checked and it will download the batch.

Excelente, lo que estaba buscando, solo reproducir mis videos de la PC sin instalar nada. Mil estrellas por eso.

to keep it simple it now downloads stuff 4x faster so it does work not counting that actual manager in the name is correct cause now its far easier to manage the file you are downloading with a simple but effective pop up

Realmente a extensão funcionou perfeitamente, antes para fazer um download de um arquivo de 50mb demorava muito pq minha internet é Ruim , mas agora está fazendo todos os download rápido nem consigo acreditar que realmente funcionou. OBS: esse é a primeira vez que faço uma avaliação aqui na Web Store. caso para de funcionar volto para apagar o comentario....

Eu tinha um Download de um .7z que estava muito lento. Mesmo quando baixava .mp4 com esse mesmo .7z em download, o .mp4 era rápido enquanto o .7z continuava lento (E a minha internet é muito boa!). Bastou baixar o Turbo Download Manager (3rd Edition) que a velocidade do download aumento muito, logo de cara. Super amei ele. Dou 5 estrelas!!!!

To all of the people complaining about how this is complicated...clearly you have not used JDownloader. The only reason to use this is for JDownloader. If you don't need the functionality of JDownloader, I highly recommend you use something else. If you don't know if you need the functionality of JDownloader, you probably don't. Here is how I use it: I can copy a link URL to a site that contains a list of links to other (paid) download sites with the file (mediafire, rapidupload, etc). I have JDownloader configured with credentials to my debrid service. This service gives me access to ~20 paid download sites (this is configured in JDownloader). When I paste a link, JDownloader will crawl that page, extract any download links on subpages, and only add the urls for the services I have access to. If you think this extension is complicated, you aren't ready for JDownloader. Try something like Downie.

I was looking for a Bookmarks Manager that would enable me to conduct searches within folders, and this one fits the bill. I am putting it through its paces. So far so good!

A nice lil' extension that recognizes and plays all MP3 and MP4 files flawlessly. Problems: No (apparent) way to create playlists (although one can batch-select files and it'll play 'em in order, looped or shuffled) or skip directly to the next track via swiping, kybrd shrtct or other standard means (although there is a tab showing all currently-loaded songs which users can navigate). Also: NO developer name or other info, no web presence whatsoever outside the Chrome Store. Highly sus' and for Windows users that new young malware punk PikaBot, a show-off with its robust backdoor and anti-detection skills, comes included. But hey, it's small, it works, it's free so wth. To Stephen Lipira and other users who can't find this app that's because it's a browser extension. So, look to your browser extensions and viola: There it is. Depending on your OS it'll be immediately evident or you can make it accessible/visible by pinning it or whatevs.

Easy to use. For some reason, I have to keep reinstalling on Chrome after I overload Chrome's downloader on my old laptop and it crashes, but that's true for other image downloaders. Best part is that, if I'm downloading from an "active links" page that only displays images as I scroll through them, BMD will show you the links that it adds before you tell it to download. Great job!
