I previously tried a different grade transfer tool. This extension is far superior! And so is the customer service! I began looking for an alternative after becoming frustrated with the inability to update previously entered grades without first deleting the scores. Grade Transferer does that and so much more! The previous tool I used required that when grabbing assignment data the assignment had to be on the far left. The tool could only grab visible data, meaning that I had to reduce the font to an unreadable size to get everything. Then change it back to locate and move the next assignment to the far left repeating the whole process for each assignment. Then, I tried Grade Transferer...I had no idea it could be so easy. I only have to click into the first score for grabbing and filling. I'm going to save so much time, it's amazing! Another shout out to customer service! Before trying, I reached out to GT. I received a response within the hour. I received 2 more the same day in response to questions I had. I reached out to the other tool first, no response yet.

This extension makes me so much more efficient! I can give work to students, grade, and post in the same period, instant feedback does so much to improve student performance! I love that it allows me adjust for discrepancies between Gradebook and Classroom names, and create custom grades. The use of Grade Transferer also prevents from transcription errors that come up in large classrooms, I can't tell you how many times in the past I had found I missed a keystroke and had to reenter 25 or more student grades! With Grade Transferer, forgetaboutit! ANy time I have an issue, the tech support people are amazing, they get me back on my feet the same day almost always, and they are so helpful and friendly! I keep coming back, I've been a subscriber since 2020 and don't plan on ever not being one! Can't recommend this enough!

This program is indispensable. I have been using this program for over 5 years and I can not say enough about how it helps speed grading and increases accuracy when transferring grades between programs. A definite must for new and seasoned teachers. Any time I have had issues tech support was prompt, polite and efficient.

This extension really helps save time and improve the accuracy of entering grades from Google Classroom. I use it to import grades into Infinite Campus and it is a huge time saver when I need to input grades at the end of a grading period. I have been using this for five years now and I cannot imagine entering these grades manually.

I've used GradeTransferer for a few years. I use it with PowerSchool Pro. It is a great tool that transfers grades quickly and accurately. The customization features are also top-notch. It saves me a ton of time!

It was super useful when I wanted to transfer grades. Good customer service too: I don't have that job anymore, but I couldn't access the email to cancel my subscription. This happened for two years in a row. I wrote to support and they had my subscription canceled and my last year refunded within a day. Good work!

Works well for getting grades from Google Classroom to Powerschool. And there has been bugs which I do not know how to solve it. NOW Gradetransfer has tech support Google Meet. The tech person John P was very helpful. He guided me step by step and made advanced adjustment, now it works! I am very happy with the meeting and looking forwards using it.

Loved using this extension during my time teaching. It was such a time saver and it was incredibly easy to use with Google Classroom and PowerSchool. I was able to save SO much of my valuable time by having the system input the grades for me from Classroom into PowerSchool and all I had to do was click a button. This is an INCREDIBLE extension, and I honestly don't feel like I can live without it now. I have used this thousands of times, and I can't even begin to calculate how much TIME IT'S SAVED ME, not just in adding in the grades, but also in preventing the human error I sometimes make when entering the grades myself. I use it to pull grades that I've imported from Google Classroom and enter them into Genesis, our district grading program. I can not say enough about the usefulness of GradeTransferer. It's one of those things that once you know about it and use it, you can never imagine going back. There have a been a few times I've had to live without it, sadly - once when Google was updating something and an update needed to happen for the extension to continue to be compatible with it, and again when our district didn't (yet) renew its subscription. Both times David has been AMAZING in exchanging emails with me. I'm just a teacher, not an admin, or even a tech point person in our district. Nonetheless, he is responsive, friendly, professional, and helpful in explaining some ins and outs of the tech stuff in the most helpful and respectful way. I am such a big fan of this extension (and its creator!), that I ran a workshop for a district in-service on how to use it and made a brief how-to video to send out to a few colleagues during remote learning.

My school district uses Google Classroom and Infinite Campus and this extension was so easy to use and saved me LOTS of time when it came to the end of the quarter! All of the extra time saved from not having to manually move grades from GC to IC and whatever magic the developers did for it to be so EASY to transfer them make this worth the cost! Highly highly recommend this extension for all teachers that want to save time doing silly tasks like transferring already graded scores between various platforms.

Also, the customer support is 2nd to none with responding within minutes of my cry for help since some of our school district's configurations changed. I was able to get the exact response I needed. If I could leave a negative review because that's what they did to my bank account. A week ago I received an email saying I was due to renew. I no longer use this service as my school switched to schoology, so all my grades are in one place. I emailed 3 different email addresses and reached out on Facebook as there is no clear way to cancel the service. I got no response even though I contacted multiple times. Today my old bank card was charged causing me an overdraft and still no way to cancel this service. Absolutely disgusting that there is no clear way to end or cancel a renewal. I clicked the link they emailed to click and nothing. Thanks for a service I don't need and a $40 overdraft, the gift that just keeps on giving.

This is magic. A game changer. HOURS AND HOURS AND HOURS of time saved, and it could not be more simple to use. I can transfer 120 grades from sheets (and google classroom and big ideas and a bunch of other places) into PowerSchool in legit 2 seconds. I also needed help once (bc I was being stupid) and they saw what I was doing wrong and fixed me up right away. Great tech support if you need it!

I love this extension. I saves me a ton of time transferring my student's scores from Google Classroom to Power School. When I ran into a technique issue, the IT support was able resolve my network issues. I definitely recommend it.

Amazing tool. It does take some adjustment to get it to work with each different schools setup but the developer personally responded to our issues after an email and quick solutions were made. This is a great tool for pulling grades from classroom into our grading software (Powerschool).

I love this extension! At the beginning of the pandemic I started using grade transfer in order to keep up with online work and etc. When I got a new computer, I was unsure as to how to use the extension and I had trouble, so I reached out to customer support and THEY HELPED ME with every question and concern I had. I am back to happily using grade transfer and it makes grading 100% times easier and more seamless. I cannot even express how happy and grateful I am!

I love grade transfer! It is such a time saver when copying grades from Google Classroom to Aspen. I just wish it connected with more sites. Also, when students have slightly different names in GC and Aspen, it doesn't tend to transfer those grades, though now I've used it enough that I know which kids to input.

Perfect for grading in conjunction with IXL. Download the student scores using the SCORE GRID to an excel. Upload to Google Chrome/Google Sheets. Then copy and paste away for Power School. Be careful that the names match exactly!

This thing is so awesome! I've been using it for close to a year and transferring grades from Google Classroom to Infinite Campus. Well this year we went to a new Learning Management System and it was automatically transferring grades to IC. Yeah well, it was not nearly as reliable as this extension! So I'm back to using it and it never fails!

This Extension used to be the best with seamless transfer from Google Classroom to PowerSchool. I never used to have to worry about accuracy and completely trusted it. Ever since it went to a subscription model it has stopped being accurate. It tries to transfer too quickly and often enteres multiple marks under the same student causeing it to error out as it tries to move to the next student. The accuracy is horrible and it's become a waste of time as I have to correct the majority of the entries. Too bad, it used to be amazing!

I cannot express how much I LOVE GradeTransferer enough! It is the most convenient extension! Here's the thing, my school now has SIS Export BUT if there is any reason why your gradebook and classroom roster do not match, the SIS will fail you. I have separated my classes into hybrid a, b, and remote, and GradeTransferer will place each grade in the correct spot in my online gradebook anyway. This is such a time saver!
