I have had it as my main webdefender for over a year some thing are annoying but some are great it tells me when a threat is found it does daily checkups AND IT IS FREE

First it says it's free, I don't see where that is. Second, there are people that you guys probably hired just so they can write positive reviews and telling us about the customer support!

Schutz vor unerwünschten Popups und Informationslecks müssen bezahlt werden, welches die einzigen interessanten Opitionen wären für einen User mit mittelmäßiger Ausstattung des PC´s. DIe Kategorie Schädliche Apps und Systemgesundheit ist seit je her in kostenloser Software gegen Viren und Co. integriert. Daher meiner Meinung nach redundant und unnötig für User mit Grundausstattung in Antivirensoftware.

(First review) This completely resolved the virus I had, no pop ups or anything else with my laptop! I clicked on a link for a recipe on Facebook and it took me to a screen that says you have a virus. All of a sudden I kept getting these pop ups on my Chromebook. I contacted customer service and they kindly opened a ticket to help me in every way. I thank them so much! (New review) This extension has done quite well for me. I have had a billing issue for the last 2 months of having the extension and I am very disappointed. I never had a problem with what Webdefender does internally for my laptop, but the billing stuff, I just do not get. On the other hand, they canceled my subscription, I asked them what happened and to take the money out of my account again so I can feel safe online. They were able to take the money out, I was still canceled, and then they refunded the money back to me, like huh??? Still canceled for some reason. This is activating my PTSD and I am so over it! Uninstalling quickly... (Third review) Once again, I spoke with customer service and told them I uninstalled and I would not be back for a while, and I asked, "please do not take any money out of my account again," in a nice way... Today not too long ago, I saw they have attempted to take out the money again. "After I have spoken to customer service in an email. "Come on guys!" I am minding my own business and not trying to make trouble online. I am stating my opinion. I had to add the extension again just to submit another review. Please do not charge my card for this anymore. I am being as nice as possible. Do not charge me again!!! Thank you, uninstalling again.... Have a blessed day.
