What's wrong with you all? It works

It interferes with correct functioning of calendar.google.com: when editing events the browser navigates back one page in the browser history. It does not work for paths containing slashes, like www.google.com/maps.

I"ve used this for quite a while now, and it's now stopped working at all for me on Youtube.com It simply is not blocking anything, no matter what. I use Edge and I've never had a problem before.

I (also) don't understand the negative reviews. Works perfectly. Might be because you need to disable sync - guessing negative reviewers skipped that step. Works like a charm.

I tried to block "maps" (https://www.google.com/maps), but it add and block the whole google (https://www.google.com)

Not sure why this addon is getting such low ratings. I do a lot of screen sharing/presenting at work and nothing sucks more than typing into the address bar and showing 20 people my reddit history, or youtube history, or... you get the idea. This addon keeps the NSFW stuff out of my history so I'm free to screenshare without worrying!

It works fine but when i close chrome, all my chrome tabs disappear. i temporary disabled history-blocker-by-site extension and my tabs works as expected... it's really saaaaaaaaaaaad

It used to work... Also you cannot add an IP address to the filter.

Unreliable, but works more than it doesn't. Still useless if you can't rely on it for certain reasons.

Works fine. If you want YouTube to not be recorded on history, just add "www.youtube.com" to the blacklist and it's already working. If you block a specific adress of a video from YouTube, it will block only that adress, not all YouTube pages at all.

Normally I'm not that harsh in reviews but since it only has one basic task and doesn't achieve it at all it's completely useless. In the black list it is clearly specified "specified sites will not be logged into history" and the added website still shows in the history. So this add-on is pointless.

This works well for me. I didn't have to delete each history manually. This automatically blocks the sites I've added in the list. A must have extension I guess

You must type in a domain name, then press "delete". You must do this every time you want to delete a domain from your history. It does not block a domain from being recorded in your history. Since you can already do something similar in chrome, I don't understand the point of this extension.

It doesn't block but hide the sites from history. Pretty unuseful.

It works well. It doesn't even suggest the site name on autocompletion. Five stars.

Didn't work

I think it used to work. Does not seem to work now. No response from creator and no update.

Pretty good. I think the filtering should also be done at a description level and perhaps also include bookmarks.
