Love the software - but I hate that it constantly redirects my Gmail to Superhuman. I get it, makes sense, but when I turn it off within Superhuman and ask it not to redirect, it doesn't respect that choice. Every time I try to go to Gmail it redirects to Superhuman again. So that's why I'm uninstalling the Chrome Extension. I've already passed this to support so they can email me when they fix it and I'll reinstall the extension :)
This is a great app for saving time, I use it in addition to GOAT AI to supercharge my research
I like the idea of it and started using it. I got about month in and the chrome plugin stopped working because "It does not follow googles best practices". Emailed support and their response was "Yeah we know, you'll just have to use the mobile app", so it turns out it won't be that useful after all. I do most of my email on a computer and I don't find that a very acceptable answer.
I think i know why they charge you to use the app now, it's not very helpful, i didnt like how the text was soo small, and generally didn't like the UI.
Like the others...I'm annoyed at how often this breaks down. The whole point of paying for this (notsocheap) extension is to save TIME. And yet, I find myself wasting A LOT of it when it breaks down, which is often. Please fix whatever the issue is because the entire point of this extension is a SPEEDY SMOOTH user experience.
Superhuman is great when it works. Constantly need to reinstall the extension to get the platform to load.... Getting old really fast.
getting real sick of having to uninstall and reinstall for the platform to even load. When it works it's ok, WHEN it works, i face a challege getting it to work at least 2/3 times a week recently. Ironically says superhuman is the fastest email experience ever made yet takes me about 10 mins for it to load up my emails.
AI features are amazing. Speeds up my time spend in email 10x!
Beautiful design and an ever-growing suite of features to make email a breeze!
Superhuman literally changed my life! Their onboarding flow is unmatched and it has completely transformed the way I use email.
Completely changed my relationship with email – it's actually become fun and delightful (yes, I'm saying email is now fun and delightful) and most important I'm finding myself having a lot more time (my most precious resource!) back for things that matter most.
I used to hate email. Superhuman makes it bearable. Dare I say, even fun. "Pay for email? What?" - you say. Hear me out. It costs about a cup of fancy coffee a week, but the amount of satisfaction it brings is equivalent to that of a cup of coffee each day. Voila. The investment makes sense. Highly suggested: drinking fancy coffee while jamming through your inbox each day. #caffeineMath
It literally took me 20 minutes to organize my personal inbox for the first time...in years. It's usually a dumpster fire over there, so I'm so thankful to have a tool that was so easy to use & immediately provided value.
There is no other app to deal with email like Superhuman!
Best email app I've tried
Superhuman has completely changed the way I view email and productivity! There are so many powerful features that actually make processing your inbox enjoyable, and I appreciate the thoughtfulness that went into the design. New features are also consistently being released which helps keep things fresh. Can't imagine my life without it now!
Game-changer for helping me stay on top of email and be more responsive.
Superhuman has changed my life and how I interact with email. It's not just hype - I'm actually faster and more productive in my email than ever before. Some of my favorite features are: - "remind" - that has truly cut down on my reliance on a to-do list - split inbox - read receipts 👀 - templates ...the list goes on. This tool is incredibly useful.
Has been a delightful change to my workflow and has increased my productivity.
Does not run in Vivaldi, a chromium browser. Superhuman doesn't support Firefox or Safari - only chromium: in other words it does not run everywhere that Gmail, which it is built for, runs.
Great
Superhuman is outstanding. It is thoughtfully designed and saves you more time as you get used to it's shortcuts and workflow. I spend far less time on email and I get probably more done. The availability / calendar functionality (It's not a calendar replacement) saves me from opening my calendar about 50% of the time. The pricing creates a barrier to entry, but if you're thinking about it already and spend a lot of your time in email and calendar, it's worth giving Superhuman a shot.
This stupid extension runs out of memory every few weeks, resulting in having to remove it from Chrome, re-install it, and then add all my Google accounts back. Quite a pain in the butt. Other than that, the product is pretty good. Just could be optimized a bit more on the engineering side.
An essential tool for any busy person.
Superhuman has revolutionized how I manage my inbox. This powerful tool has helped me take back control of my inbox by eliminating spam, reorganizing emails around what matters most, and making it easier to respond to repetitive messages. It's no wonder that Superhuman has received so much praise from users and tech experts alike. One of the most impressive features of Superhuman is its ability to help you unsubscribe from unwanted emails. With just a few keyboard taps, Superhuman can make unwanted emails disappear and never return. This can save you a ton of time and energy that you would have otherwise spent manually unsubscribing from these emails or letting them pile up in your inbox. Overall, Superhuman is an amazing tool that has revolutionized the way we manage our emails. If you're looking to take back control of your inbox and increase your productivity, Superhuman is definitely worth checking out.
You need a subscription to get started. Currently, it's $30/month. I've used Superhuman for nearly a year. It's a game changer. It's what gmail should be. Not only does it save hours each week, but it saves time doing tedious email tasks that are simply unproductive. Much of my day is spent emailing clients and others, so Superhuman is well worth the $30/month subscription. Superhuman is great for those who believe the subscription fee is worth their time savings.
They don't let you try the tool until you reserve a "call" with them where they explain how it works. Can't you just upload a tutorial video? Oh, and you can only reserve a call after granting full access to your Gmail and giving your credit card details. Uhm, typically we make the decision to purchase something AFTER we're sure we want it. How do you expect us to give credit card details before we've even tried the tool??
added to chrome but app wouldn't allow me to log in. Just kept looping from log in to getting approval and back to log in screen... repeatedly - with Two (2) difference google accounts, one gmail, one professional
This is the future. Not only of email interface, but of all tech interface. Thank you !
Email has long been broken, and it's one of the largest uses of time of the world's most effective people. Superhuman endeavors to change that, and they have a better claim to fixing this problem than anyone else. They've clearly built an exceptional team and unite good decisions with speed of development. Very excited about their path.
Definitely one of the best productivity tools I have!
Really enjoyed using Superhuman so far. Mostly for the way it helps you focus on the top priority items and avoid the noise.
Ok first, this review is long overdue... In addition to being the best email experience, ever... Superhuman's native chrome extension is the fastest app I have ever used, full stop. MacOS apps, online offline, it's so fast they don't come close to the speed and responsiveness. This is the mclaren f1 of email apps... intimidating me to try to go faster with it's power, and in the most wonderful way. Thank you for Superhuman, I certainly FEEL that way every time I use it :)
best email experience!
I've been an email power user for a very long time, and particularly a Gmail power-user. I got an invite about a month after the first ones went out on April 1st, 2004, and later the same year I joined Google where I started using the internal version of Gmail as soon as it was available. I've used Superhuman for 24 hours now. Already I feel very comfortable in it, I've developed muscle memory for new keyboard shortcuts, and it's teaching me improved email habits that, along with its blazing speed, help me get to Inbox Zero a whole lot faster. I particularly love the "remind me at my desktop" feature on the mobile, which lets me triage mail much faster while mobile. Huge thumbs up from me!
The best email client for sales and humans on earth.
Best email client in the world!
