The developer doesn't say anything in their product specifications about this being a paid product. I downloaded it and it worked great. However, days later, I'm getting emails telling me my "trial subscription" is expiring and I need to pay to continue to use the product. Total bait and switch. They should tell you in advance that this is a trial and what the actual cost of keeping the subscription will be after the trial.

Used this quite happily for a while - but they are now demanding $5/month to use it. $5 not for a bundle of plugins, but for this one, simple UI improvement. WAY over priced. Ridiculous corporate greed. I'll be removing all Cloud HQ plugins and, for this functionality, downloading a free plugin with a much better review rating.

I liked it ... until I saw that they decided to make a non-removable list of their own extensions and added it to the bottom of the extensions list. This is mostly adware and a good reminder for me to avoid anything cloudHQ in the future. That is too much of a price for me to have this extension.

Essential for anyone who works in support or customer service.

Nice practical extension. Unfortunately, there's no facility duplicate groups or assign extensions to multiple groups without having to select it from the main list for each group you'd like it to reside.

It now says "Your trial has expired. To continue using Display Email Time, please upgrade to the Premium plan. Upgrade Now". Well, better seeing that instead of paying 2.99€/month over nothing.

I could be missing something, but this doesn't allow me to paste a table into gmail and edit the existing table.

This extension makes adding and editing tables in emails easy. It keeps my messages organized and looking professional with little effort. I also use Simplehuman for Gmail for extra features in Gmail compared to using Superhuman for both of them together. This has really improved how I work in Gmail.

Was cool when it was free. Now they're suddenly charging. And I bet you'd still be bombarded with their endless intrusive popups lol. Nah, I'm good.

I was a longtime user, but I stopped using this extension after they unexpectedly started charging for it. I’ve since found a better, faster, and completely free alternative.

I've used this extension, plus several others from the CloudHQ lineup, for many years. This extension does exactly what it's supposed to, but now they suddenly want to start charging $5/month. The dashboard says "You are currently on a free 30 day trial period plan. You have 2 days left." There was never a trial period before, and I'm not going to pay for this extension. Time to find a new one.

All this app do is sort your email conversation. Should make your life easier. But every time you go to gmail they will think of some notification to post on the screen and slow down your workflow just because of this one functionality. Eventually, trashbag developers of this app started charging 5$ a month for this idiotic feature. Removed

It works decently, but I was shocked to see a message that my "free trial" ends soon and I would have to start paying. This is not a service that is worth money IMO. There are free extensions that do the same. You can get no ads on youtube for $7.99, I am not paying $4.99 for gmail thread organization LOL.

I work for a small business where we do not use major branded programs. I create a lot of what we need and use in Google Sheets, Forms, & Docs. It is amazing how very little there is to choose from for small businesses. We have techs that use parts but can't find anything useful in the templates. We have people who travel for events and meetings and I have to submit their expenses to our parent company. Cannot find anything useful for such things. I see A LOT for wellness, teachers, time sheets (i've never seen so many variations) but NOT much else and so I have to continuously create my own. Would be great to see more templates geared towards small businesses and all the things a small business might need or find useful.

Having used this extension for past few year it was great and worked well... until they decided to charge £4.99/month for it. Good news: There are so many other FREE extension available on the chrome store. Another good extension down the drain at the expense of greed.

Requires an account, difficult to manage accounts, remove things if you accidentally add them. There are easier and less complicated versions of this same tool out there. No accounts required.

I've been using various plug ins from cloudHQ for some time, but now I'm noticing they are beginning to nickel and dime for everything they offer. I pay for the SMS notice which I love and recently I had to pay more to keep Gmail Tabs, which I also love. Today, they tell me this free trial is expiring and I'll need to pay $40 and I'm sure there will be others following closely. I would gladly buy "all" but that would cost $600 USD for three licenses, which is ridiculous. Why not sell a single license? Get a normal and acceptable pricing plan and you'll keep me as a long term customer. Keep nickel and diming me and I'll move to another solution; you are not the only game in town. Ridiculous!

Started to require an account to work. Good way to end up with 0 users. Removing this from every email and finding something that doesn't require my information **Found one - Gmail reverse conversation 300k users and no account required with a 4.7 star rating at the time of writing this.

Had been using this for a while and it was great. Recently It began to require that I create an account. AN ACCOUNT FOR A GMAIL EXTENSION?? No thanks. I turned it off and am now using a different, similar extension.

This works really well with Simplehuman for Gmail. I end up responding to emails a lot faster and easier. Helps me not use Superhuman anymore.

It worked great until it made me make an account, and then when I made an account it told me my "free trial" was ending when I was using it just fine before an account.

It's about cleaning up email. I was trying it out and first attempt it said I went over the limit for the free version and prompted to buy it... FOR $20/month!?!? Nope.

I added the extension, so the thread is changed and any new message from the time of adding the extension, but it does not include the other messages--i.e. does not put them in chronological order?! I closed and opened the browser and also refreshed, but my latest response is still waaaaay down my email list!!!!!!! Do you all know that it used to be the most recent on top, BUT Google changed it-----WHY???!!! Now we have to go crazy trying to find out WHY it changed and how to get it back! Then add an extension and have an extra stupid tab at the top... the CloudHQ tab... what is it an ad/suggestion thingy? I hate it!!!

Easy to use. It helps me write emails better, and I close more business deals because of it. Having it accessible in Gmail is just the cherry on top.

It's very nice to have this in my Gmail to make sure that I sound like a native English speaker (I'm French). I also really like that I don't have to pay a premium ChatGPT account for $20 anymore, and I can just pay cloudHQ $5 instead. It's such a no-brainer to use.

This is so easy! I was able to create a prompt to respond to my customers by "feeding" it specific web pages—like my company's Frequently Asked Questions page—so it could generate helpful replies to general customer inquiries. Now, my general emails get answered automatically, saving me an immense amount of time, while ensuring customers get the information they need without having to search for it themselves. It does other tricks too that I like: I can share my prompts with my assistant and sales team so we all send consistent responses to customers. It also helps refine my emails and translates messages—especially useful when clients write in Spanish and I need a quick, accurate translation. Best of all, everything is right inside Gmail, making it extremely convenient.

Doesn't work for replies. Also, as soon as I installed it, I got an email from the developer! Are you kidding? Just because I installed your extension doesn't mean I want to be on your marketing list. I've NEVER had that happen from an extension before. And when I removed it from Chrome I was rerouted to their website! That's pretty shady not to mention insulting. I won't do business with such a pushy company, especially when the product doesn't work as advertised.
