But against all odds - and possibly several federal regulations - it actually works. You install it, create little shortcut codes (“FlyCuts,” which sounds like a budget airline), and boom: entire emails, DMs, or LinkedIn groveling messages appear like magic.

Extremely suspicious extension. Adds a hidden script to every editor box on a website. It won't show unless you look at the source code. I contacted the developer who assured me it was fixed. It is not fixed. It may not bother some people but it bothers me. I don't want their name invisibly plastered all over mine and client websites. Furthermore, sometimes it breaks the layouts and I spend time troubleshooting it for no reason. I don't have time to go back through things. I will go back to Magical Text Expander. A splash screen loads when you load LinkedIn. I don't know why. I reported this. They claim it's because the software was updating. I do not believe them. I think they are doing something extra that you probably wouldn't want them to be doing. I don't trust this one iota and I am asking for a refund.

They've started charging for the service, so I guess it's time to say goodbye to FlyMSG. It was helpful while it lasted, but I didn’t even use all the features—paying for something I barely used just doesn’t make sense. Let's build our own text expansion extension using ChatGPT 😂😂
