Honey is AWFUL!! I've rarely gotten a coupon that worked. And when I did, it probably always made sure I got a bad one. This scummy extension is also stealing commissions from creators by hijacking last click attribution. If you're reading this, don't install. Switched to Peel for price comparison and Caramel for coupons. Both are privacy-first and use creator affiliate links.

I've been using Honey for years. I have saved so much money thanks to this browser extension. I've gone to make purchases that I never would've even considered there might be a coupon code for, but the Honey ext reminds me with a prompt and to my delight and surprise, it has found major discounts for me that I'd never have found otherwise. I came here to give it a 5-star rating, but after reading the other reviews and then doing some research about how Honey has stolen the commissions earned by hard-working content creators, affiliates, "influencers", I'm not feeling quite so good about it. At least Google forced them to stop completely ripping off the incomes earned by individuals, but I still don't think they're totally playing fair and I genuinely hope the Class Action Lawsuit results in all those people getting what they earned 10-fold. It it cripples PayPal and Honey gets shut down, I won't be mad at all. I'll celebrate actually. Until then, when I can tell I'm not letting them get credit that's due elsewhere, I'll take the discounts.

They have started advertising on Google search listings. You must create an account to change settings. Bad development practices. They just want your data. They replace affiliate links with their own to generate revenue. Used to be cool, they got greedy and now are scumbags. Switched to Caramel. They are open source and more privacy forward. They also use creator affiliate links rather than their own.

What an insane scam this is. Just go google The Honey Scam of 2024.

Great when it works-- but it works seldom. The pop-up to test for coupon codes rarely works on many sites, and the only way you can redeem rewards is through PayPal.

Honey takes referral money and only give you a few reduction in exchange, knowing how much referral are I know the cashback you get is really not fair.

Really good if you want to save money on any of your products while online shopping.

App and website no longer showing coupon codes, so I can't enter them where they are actually needed. Wasted an hour of my life trying to get the codes! and if you remove from traditional checkout page to try to see them all and not just the one it wants to add to your fake cart, the prompt no longer works or gives the option to manually or automatically add codes again.

Great little app. Hopefully they will bring it to mobiles too.

Has to be the most annoying extension. Always gets in the way by popping up covering information on the site I am on. Plus I don't think I can remember when I received a discount via Honey that worked.

VERY annoying and idiotic that it will pop up in front of the part of the screen where you have to log in to a site, and will pop up when you are shopping instead of when you are actually buying.

yeah defiantly removing use to love honey but now no discounts and you rarely get youre points for cash back

it was a good system when it was working but for the last 3 years i have had problems converting my rewards into vouchers, it just isnt working anymore. ive tried contacting them but have had no success and no response back. rubbish
