下载数量不完整, 我明明指定日期下载, 有4个, 结果下载的ZIP里只有3个, 下了几次也是3个, 我要另外导出个文件查看, 文件它也是4个, 就有一个沒下到, 结果我要查找完缺哪个后, 要再另外补回单个下载, 很麻烦

批量下载有时候很好用，所以给个5星。但是遇到个问题：有时候批量下载（三个按钮都是）一直显示在加载，但是过1小时也没下载（几十个视频），然后就一直不能用，这是什么情况？是网络问题还是开的窗口太多了？请问应该如何解决？
